The outlet day that is closer than you think
The Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA is the outlet centre on Military Road in Niagara Falls, New York, a few minutes from the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, and it is the nearest big American outlet mall to Toronto. Its own site calls it the premier outlet destination for Western New York and Ontario, with more than 100 outlet brands - Nike, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Kate Spade New York, Under Armour, Columbia and others. A chauffeured day to the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls from Toronto means the bags go in the trunk, nobody drives home, and you can add the American Falls on the same day without a second thought about parking. TorontoBlackCarService.net books it by the hour from any Toronto or GTA address.
This page covers how far it is, which bridge we use, the mall hours, the duty-free rules for the trip home, how to combine the outlets with Niagara Falls State Park, and what the day costs by vehicle.

How far are the Fashion Outlets from Toronto?
From Union Station the drive is the Gardiner and the QEW past Hamilton and St. Catharines, then Highway 405 to the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, across into Lewiston, New York, and a few minutes south on the I-190 to Military Road. It is about 132 km (82 miles) and roughly 1 hour 38 minutes of driving before the border - the shortest of the cross-border shopping trips from Toronto. The address is 1900 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304, per the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA.
The Lewiston-Queenston Bridge is the natural crossing because the outlets are on the American side of it. The Rainbow Bridge in the middle of Niagara Falls is the better choice when the day starts or ends at the Falls themselves, and the Peace Bridge at Fort Erie when the outlets are paired with Buffalo. The chauffeur checks the CBP wait times before the QEW turns off for the 405 and the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission, which runs the Lewiston-Queenston and Rainbow bridges, publishes its own crossing information.
Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls hours
The outlet centre lists its regular hours as Monday to Thursday 11 am to 7 pm, Friday and Saturday 10 am to 8 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 6 pm. Holiday hours, especially around American Thanksgiving and Black Friday, differ - check the centre's site the week before you go, and its Sales and Offers page for current deals. On a weekday the doors open at 11, so a 9 am pickup in Toronto is early enough even with a short queue at the bridge.
The Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA is about 132 km (82 miles) from downtown Toronto, roughly 1 hour 38 minutes of driving via the QEW, Highway 405 and the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, plus border time. A chauffeured outlet-and-Falls day of about 8 hours costs $1,080-$1,280 in an Executive Sedan or $1,400-$1,680 in a Business SUV, before HST and gratuity.
Combine the outlets with Niagara Falls USA
The outlets are ten to fifteen minutes from the American side of the Falls, and the two make a better day together than either alone. Niagara Falls State Park, which its official site calls America's oldest state park, has the views from the brink of the American Falls, the Cave of the Winds walk that descends 175 feet into the gorge, and the Maid of the Mist boat in season. A typical plan: outlets from opening until mid-afternoon, then the State Park with the chauffeur dropping at the park and collecting you when you message, then home over the Rainbow or the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge. Our page on Niagara Falls on the US side has the full plan, and the Niagara Falls day trip covers the Canadian side if you want both views in one day.
Other pairings: the Seneca Niagara Casino is in the same city for adults, and the Walden Galleria in Buffalo is about half an hour further for anyone who wants the department stores as well as the outlets.
Duty-free allowances: what Canadians can bring home
Before you buy, know your exemption, because it is set by how long you were away. According to the Government of Canada's personal exemptions guide, which the CBSA directs returning residents to: under 24 hours there is no personal exemption, so a same-day outlet trip means declaring everything and paying the duty and taxes assessed. At 24 hours or more, up to CAN$200 is exempt, with no alcohol or tobacco, and the goods must be with you - and if the total is over $200 you cannot claim the exemption at all. At 48 hours or more, up to CAN$800 is exempt, including alcohol and tobacco within limits (1.5 litres of wine, or 1.14 litres of alcoholic beverages, or 8.5 litres of beer). At seven days, still $800, and goods other than alcohol and tobacco can follow later.
The honest advice: outlet prices can still make a same-day trip worthwhile even after duty and tax, but do the arithmetic, and keep all receipts in one bag for the CBSA officer. If the numbers point to an overnight, our travel desk books hotels on either side of the river through BookingWorldwide.net, and a two-night stay unlocks the $800 exemption.
A sample outlet day, hour by hour
9:00 am - pickup at your door in Toronto or the GTA. 10:40 am - the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge; the chauffeur hands over the passports, you answer the officer. 11:00 am - dropped at the outlet entrance as the stores open on a weekday. 2:00 pm - lunch, then the last few stores while the chauffeur loads the first bags into the trunk. 3:15 pm - ten to fifteen minutes to Niagara Falls State Park; the brink of the American Falls, Goat Island's paths, the Cave of the Winds in season. 5:00 pm - collected at the park and across the Rainbow or Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, receipts ready for the CBSA. 6:45 pm - home. About 8 hours, door to door.
When another option is better
The outlets are close enough that a single shopper with their own car and a NEXUS card may do it more cheaply alone, and we would rather say so. The chauffeured day makes sense for a group sharing one hourly rate, for visitors who do not want to drive an unfamiliar border, for a day that combines the outlets with the Falls, dinner or the casino, and for anyone who wants the drive home to be someone else's job. A family of five in a Business SUV for 8 hours is roughly $280-$336 each before tax and tip, which is often less than people expect once parking, fuel and a lost afternoon are counted.
Holiday weekends and peak days
American Thanksgiving weekend, Black Friday and the weeks before Christmas are the busiest outlet days of the year, and the bridges are busier too. On those dates, leave earlier, expect longer waits both ways, and book the car well ahead - vehicles fill up. Summer Saturdays bring the same queues at the Rainbow Bridge with Falls visitors. Midweek in spring or fall is the quietest time to shop and cross.
Visitors to Toronto
Many of our outlet days are for families and friends visiting Toronto from overseas who want the Falls and some shopping in one outing. If that is you, two things matter. First, the US entry documents for your nationality - a visa or an approved travel authorisation where your country requires one - must be in place before the day, because nobody can arrange them at the bridge. Second, check that your status lets you return to Canada the same day. The desk will ask for each passenger's citizenship at booking for exactly this reason. Our travel desk can book the rest of a visitor's itinerary, and the Canada network covers onward trips to other Canadian cities.
What to bring
Passports or other border documents for every passenger, in one place; comfortable shoes for a long outlet walk and the paths at the State Park; a light rain jacket if you plan the Cave of the Winds or the Maid of the Mist; a card for US dollars; and an empty bag for receipts. Leave room in the trunk for what you buy - the chauffeur will keep the purchases locked away while you walk the Falls.
Which vehicle
Executive Sedan for one or two shoppers. Business SUV (Yukon or Suburban) for up to six, and the default for a shopping day because of the cargo space. First Class SUV (Escalade) for a special day out. Executive Sprinter for a group of up to twelve - a girls' trip, a family visiting from overseas, a team outing - with a rear bay for luggage and bags. The fleet page has the details. A child seat or toddler seat is $25 each, selected in the booker. Sealed purchases ride in the trunk; nothing is opened or consumed on board.
What an outlet day costs
Most outlet days with a stop at the Falls run about 8 hours from your door and back: an hour and three-quarters each way with the bridge, three to four hours shopping and an hour or so at the State Park. Engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before 13% HST and gratuity:
| Vehicle | Hourly rate | About 8 hours |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $135-$160 | $1,080-$1,280 |
| Business SUV (Yukon/Suburban) | $175-$210 | $1,400-$1,680 |
| First Class SUV (Escalade) | $225-$270 | $1,800-$2,160 |
| Executive Sprinter (12) | $475-$570 | $3,800-$4,560 |
Outlets only, no Falls, can be closer to 7 hours; add Buffalo or the Canadian side and it grows. Overtime is at the same rate to the next full hour, and tolls are shown at booking. The exact figure appears in the booker before you confirm. The rates page and the hourly service page explain the minimums. A one-way drop to the outlets - for example if you are continuing to Buffalo airport or a hotel - is a flat fare quoted in the engine.
Border documents
Canadian citizens 16 and over can present a valid passport or a trusted traveller card such as NEXUS (Ontario stopped issuing enhanced driver's licences in 2019, so for Torontonians it is a passport or NEXUS) at the land border, according to US Customs and Border Protection; children under 16 need a birth certificate or other proof of citizenship. A child crossing without both parents should carry a consent letter. Visitors to Canada need whatever their own nationality requires to enter the US and to return to Canada - check before the day, not at the booth. The NEXUS lane is only possible when every passenger holds NEXUS.
Book direct
Book in the reservation engine on this page: By the hour, the vehicle, the pickup time, and "Fashion Outlets + Falls" in the notes. Or call (833) 931-6688, 24/7, or message us on WhatsApp. We do not sell through third-party marketplaces; booking direct means the person who answers plans the bridge and the timing. Cancellation from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%.
The whole list of American destinations is on the USA hub, and the cross-border USA page covers the crossing in detail.

Shop first, Falls second. The outlets open at 10 or 11 and are busiest mid-afternoon; the State Park is at its best late in the day. Doing the outlets in the morning and the Falls in the afternoon also means the bags are already in the trunk while you walk.

Do I need a passport to go to Niagara Falls New York from Toronto?
Canadian citizens 16 and over need a passport or a NEXUS card at the land border, per CBP. Children under 16 can use a birth certificate or other proof of citizenship.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
