The travel desk: flights, hotels, resorts and the rest of the trip, arranged with the chauffeur
The chauffeur is one end of the trip. The desk's partner, BookingWorldwide.net, is the rest - searched here, booked there, timed to the car.
- Yours by the hour
- Flat hourly rate
- Toronto-based chauffeurs
- In the city or out of it
Reserve the chauffeur; the desk arranges the rest
Choose By the hour in the form for an hourly car (3-hour minimum for sedans and SUVs, 5 for Sprinters), or Route for a flat-rate transfer. The rate shows before you confirm. Trouble with the form? Call (833) 931-6688 (toll-free, 24/7) or message us on WhatsApp and we will book it with you.
The same hourly chauffeur in sixteen more cities
Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
What the travel desk is
A chauffeured car is one end of a trip. The other end - the flight it meets, the hotel it drops at, the resort it drives to, the restaurant it waits outside, the rental car for the day a chauffeur is the wrong tool - is arranged, for the desk's clients, through our partner BookingWorldwide.net: the flights into Pearson or Billy Bishop and out again compared on one screen; the hotels downtown, in Yorkville, on the airport strip and in every Canadian city; the resorts in Muskoka, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Blue Mountain, Mont-Tremblant, Banff and Whistler; the tours, tickets and tables at the far end of the drive; the flight-and-hotel packages priced together; and the self-drive rental. The search widget is on every page of this site under the travel-desk heading; the booking itself completes on BookingWorldwide.net with its own confirmation; and the desk coordinates the chauffeur to it. This page explains how the two ends are put together.

The flight, and the chauffeur who meets it
The Pearson page explains the meet: the flight number on the booking, the flight tracked, the chauffeur at arrivals with the plate and the name, thirty minutes' waiting on a domestic flight and forty-five on an international one included. The travel desk's part is the other direction - a client who searches the flight on BookingWorldwide.net's widget and books it there can give the desk the flight number in the same breath, and the chauffeur's booking is timed to it; a change to the flight is a change to the pickup, made by the desk. The Billy Bishop page covers the Porter flights to Montreal, Ottawa, Boston and New York, and the Canada pages the meets at YVR, YYC, YUL and the rest through the network's operators.
The hotel, and the porte-cochère
The Yorkville page names the hotels and their car entrances - the Four Seasons, the Hazelton, the Park Hyatt, the Windsor Arms - and the downtown page the Ritz-Carlton's, the Shangri-La's, the Royal York's and the St. Regis's; the Canada pages do the same for the Fairmont Pacific Rim, the Palliser, the Château Frontenac and the Château Laurier. A hotel booked through the travel desk's partner is a hotel the chauffeur knows the drive of, and a visiting executive's multi-day week is built by the desk with the hotel, the flights and the chauffeur on one plan even when the confirmations are three.
The resort, and the drive to it
Muskoka's JW Marriott at Minett and the Deerhurst, Niagara-on-the-Lake's Prince of Wales and Queen's Landing, Blue Mountain's Westin Trillium House and the Scandinave, Mont-Tremblant's Fairmont, Banff's Springs and the Chateau Lake Louise, Whistler's Chateau and Four Seasons, Kelowna's Sparkling Hill and Predator Ridge: the day-trip pages and the Canada pages describe each drive - the 400 on a summer Friday, the QEW's Friday, the Sea-to-Sky's winter law, the Trans-Canada's gate queue - and the resort booked through the travel desk's partner is timed to the chauffeured drive the desk builds: the Friday-afternoon departure that beats the traffic, the Sunday return that beats it again, the multi-day booking with the chauffeur staying when the week has excursions in it.
The travel desk is the arrangement by which a client of TorontoBlackCarService.net books the rest of the trip - flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rental - through our partner BookingWorldwide.net, searched on this site's widget and completed on BookingWorldwide.net with its own confirmation, and has the chauffeur at the Toronto end, or the network's operator at the far end, timed to it by the desk.
The activities, the tickets and the tables
The Stratford Festival's tickets, the Shaw's, the Niagara wineries' tasting reservations, the Blue Jays' and the Leafs' seats, the TIFF galas, the Casino Rama and Caesars Windsor shows, the Butchart Gardens and Moraine Lake permits, the Peggy's Cove morning, the Whistler bike park's passes: the activities and the tables at the far end are searchable on the widget and bookable on BookingWorldwide.net, and the chauffeur's day is built around them - the Stratford page's matinee timing, the wine-tour page's reservation rules, the sports page's venue-exit plan. A tourist day in Toronto is the same: the CN Tower's timed entry, the ROM, the island ferry, the dinner table, and the car waiting at each.
The package, and the multi-city trip
A flight-and-hotel package priced together on BookingWorldwide.net for a Vancouver week, a Montreal weekend or a Banff ski trip, with the chauffeur at each end through the network: the desk builds the Toronto-Vancouver-Whistler-Toronto or the Toronto-Montreal-Quebec-Toronto trip as one plan - the Vancouver, Whistler, Montreal and Quebec City pages have each city's operator - and the account's monthly invoice carries every chauffeured hour in every city while BookingWorldwide.net's confirmations carry the flights and the rooms. The corporate page explains the account.
The rental car, honestly
There are days a chauffeur is the wrong tool - the two-week Maritimes drive, the family's month at the cottage, the sales representative's territory - and the travel desk's partner books the self-drive rental for them; the comparison page is honest about when the app or the taxi is the right choice too. The chauffeur is for the day whose value is in not driving it - the meetings, the wine, the arena, the airport at 5 am, the winter highway - and the desk will say which is which.
How a trip is put together, in a table
| The piece | Where it is booked | What the desk does with it |
|---|---|---|
| The flight | BookingWorldwide.net (widget on this site) | Times the Pearson or Billy Bishop meet to it; changes the pickup when the flight changes |
| The hotel | BookingWorldwide.net | Confirms the chauffeur knows the car entrance; builds the multi-day week around it |
| The resort | BookingWorldwide.net | Builds the chauffeured drive - the departure hour, the return, the multi-day if the week has excursions |
| The activity, ticket or table | BookingWorldwide.net | Builds the chauffeur's day around the timed entry, the matinee, the reservation, the encore |
| The package | BookingWorldwide.net | Books the network's operator at the far end on the same account |
| The rental car | BookingWorldwide.net | Says honestly when it is the right tool |
| The chauffeur | This site's engine or the desk | Everything above, timed to it, on one invoice for the chauffeured hours |
What the desk does not do
The desk does not sell the flight, the hotel or the ticket - BookingWorldwide.net does, on its own site, at its own price, with its own confirmation, cancellation terms and customer service, and the network page lists it as the partner it is. The desk arranges the chauffeur, times it to what you booked, and, for an account client, keeps the plan in one place so that a change at one end is carried to the other. The privacy page explains that the widget on this site is BookingWorldwide.net's and that a search on it is a search on their site.
A trip, in outline
A Toronto family's March break: the flights to Calgary searched on the widget and booked on BookingWorldwide.net; the Chateau Lake Louise's five nights booked there too; the desk books the network's Calgary operator for the YYC-to-Lake Louise transfer with the gear on the Saturday and the return on the Friday, and the Banff operator for the Wednesday's Moraine morning; the Toronto chauffeur does the 5 am Pearson run on the Saturday and the midnight collection on the Friday; four confirmations, one plan, and the chauffeured hours on one invoice.
Booking through the desk
Search the flight, the hotel or the resort on the widget under any page's travel-desk heading and complete it on BookingWorldwide.net; then book the chauffeur on the engine with the flight number and the hotel, or call the desk on (833) 931-6688 or write to support@torontoblackcarservice.net and it builds the plan with you. The contact page has the hours.
The partner directories
BookingWorldwide.net's hotel and destination search draws on its sister directories - HotelsWorldwide.Directory for the hotels and hospitality worldwide, VacationsWorldwide.Directory for the destinations, tours and holiday planning - and the desk uses the same directories when it builds a plan by hand: the resort's arrival court, the hotel's porte-cochère, the destination's season. A client who prefers to book the hotel directly and give the desk the confirmation has the same plan built around it; the travel desk is a convenience, not a condition. What the desk will not do is book a hotel it does not know the car entrance of without finding out first, which is why a resort or a hotel booked through the partner arrives at the desk with the drive already on file.
When to use the desk, and when the widget
The widget on every page is for the ordinary search - a flight to Calgary, a hotel in Yorkville - completed on BookingWorldwide.net in the time it takes; the desk is for the trip with parts that must agree - the executive's three-city week, the family's ski week with the gear and the transfers, the wedding weekend with the out-of-town guests' flights - where the desk builds the plan, books the chauffeurs at every end, and carries a change from one piece to the rest. The multi-day page sizes the chauffeured part; the corporate page explains the account the plan is billed to; and the Canada hub has the operator at every Canadian end.
Booking, in one line
Search and book the flight, the hotel or the resort on the widget and BookingWorldwide.net; book the chauffeur on the engine with the flight number and the hotel, or call the desk on (833) 931-6688 and it builds the plan with you - and if the flight moves, tell the desk once and the chauffeur at both ends moves with it.

Two confirmations, one plan. The flight's and the hotel's confirmations come from BookingWorldwide.net; the chauffeur's comes from this desk; and the desk's job is that the three agree - the flight the chauffeur meets is the one you are on, the hotel is the one the car drops at, and the change you make to one is made to the other before you have to ask.
Travel desk: questions answered
What is the travel desk?
The arrangement by which the desk's clients book flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rental through our partner BookingWorldwide.net - searched on this site's widget, completed on BookingWorldwide.net - and have the chauffeur timed to what they booked.
Do you sell the flights and hotels yourselves?
No - BookingWorldwide.net does, on its own site with its own confirmation, price, cancellation terms and customer service. The desk arranges the chauffeur and keeps the plan in one place.
How is the chauffeur timed to the flight?
The flight number goes on the chauffeur's booking, the flight is tracked, the chauffeur is at arrivals with waiting included, and a change to the flight is a change to the pickup made by the desk.
Can you build a multi-city trip?
Yes - a Toronto-Vancouver-Whistler or a Toronto-Montreal-Quebec trip with the network's operator in each city on the same account, the flights and the rooms on BookingWorldwide.net, and the chauffeured hours on one invoice.
Can the desk book the resort drive?
The resort is booked on BookingWorldwide.net; the desk builds the chauffeured drive to it - the Friday departure that beats the 400 or the QEW, the Sunday return, or the multi-day booking with the chauffeur staying.
What about tickets and restaurant tables?
Searchable on the widget and bookable on BookingWorldwide.net; the chauffeur's day is built around the timed entry, the matinee, the tasting reservation or the encore.
When is a rental car the better choice?
The two-week drive, the month at the cottage, the sales territory - BookingWorldwide.net books it and the desk says honestly when it is the right tool; the chauffeur is for the day whose value is in not driving it.
Is the widget on this site BookingWorldwide.net's?
Yes - a search on it is a search on their site, and the privacy page explains what that means.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.
- 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
- 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
