Rogers Stadium car service, and the other ways in
Rogers Stadium is Live Nation's open-air concert stadium on the former Downsview Airport lands in North York. It opened in 2025 and ran its 2026 summer season with free TTC rides home for ticket holders, and its own site lists the address as 81 YZD Lane, Toronto, ON M3K 0A1. A Rogers Stadium car service from TorontoBlackCarService.net is an hourly booking: the chauffeur collects you from home, a hotel or a restaurant, drops you in the venue's designated drop-off zone, waits through the show at a legal holding point, and brings you home - one booking, one car, no hunt for a ride at the end with tens of thousands of other people.
This page also answers the questions most people search first: how to get to Rogers Stadium, where to park, where rideshare drops off, and the TTC route from Union Station. Everything here was checked on the venue's and the TTC's own pages on 8 October 2026; the venue changes its instructions show by show, so check them again before your date, and our desk does the same for every booking.
To get to Rogers Stadium, take TTC Line 1 to Downsview Park or Sheppard West (each about 900 m from a gate), the GO Barrie line to Downsview Park, or a car to one of the venue's two designated drop-off zones. On-site parking is limited and sold in advance only. A chauffeured car is an hourly booking from 3 hours (sedans and SUVs) or 5 hours (Sprinters, party buses).

Where the drop-off zones are now (and what happened to 111 Beffort Road)
Many people search for 111 Beffort Road because one of the venue's pages gave it as the entrance to the rideshare and pick-up/drop-off lot. The venue's current getting-to-Rogers-Stadium page lists Beffort Road as a planned road closure - closed to public vehicle and pedestrian traffic on show days - and names two designated pick-up and drop-off zones instead:
- North zone, 81 YZD Lane: at the north end of the stadium, about 400 m from the gates, with shuttle service available, reached from Sheppard Avenue West via Chesswood Drive.
- South zone, 590 Wilson Avenue: at the south end, about 900 m from the gates, reached by heading west on Wilson Avenue and turning into the pathway at the Pick-Up/Drop-Off sign.
The venue is clear that all pick-ups and drop-offs must happen in the designated area, not on surrounding streets, and its older lot rules were explicit: no idling, no parking, and vehicles that idle or park may be towed. That shapes how a chauffeured night works. If the venue publishes different instructions for your show, the chauffeur uses the designated pick-up and drop-off area on the night and the desk follows the venue's instructions, whatever they are.
How a chauffeured concert night at Rogers Stadium works
Before. Pickup at home, the hotel or dinner - Yorkville, King West, Vaughan, Oakville - timed against gate opening rather than the headliner, because the approach roads load up early. The chauffeur chooses the north or south zone by where you are coming from and what the venue's map says for that show: the north zone is the shorter walk; the south zone is reached straight off Wilson Avenue.
During. The car cannot wait in the zone. The chauffeur moves to a legal holding point outside the closure area and stays on the phone. You keep your coats, bags and anything bought on the way in the trunk; sealed purchases ride there and nothing is opened or consumed on board.
After. Text the chauffeur when the encore starts, not when the lights come up. The car comes back into the designated zone as you walk out, and you are away while the station queues are still forming. On the biggest nights the zone itself can be slow to clear; the desk watches the venue's instructions and the City's notices, and if the venue allows another meeting arrangement it will suggest it. What it will not do is have a chauffeur stop on a closed or restricted street.
How to get to Rogers Stadium from Union Station
By subway. Take TTC Line 1 northbound on the University side - trains toward Vaughan Metropolitan Centre - to Downsview Park or Sheppard West. The venue puts Downsview Park about 900 m from Gate 1 and Sheppard West about 900 m from Gate 2; Wilson is about 1,800 m from Gate 3. The TTC's Rogers Stadium page says that for the 2026 season your concert ticket was your proof of payment for the ride home from Downsview Park, Sheppard West or Wilson, shown to TTC staff at the main entrances rather than tapped at an automatic gate, and that a new pedestrian pathway from Gate 2 to Sheppard West was added for 2026. Check the TTC page for the current season before you rely on it.
By GO. Downsview Park is also a stop on GO Transit's Barrie line from Union, about 900 m from Gate 1 according to the venue. Check the GO schedule for late trains on the night.
By car. Union Station to the stadium is about 17 km - typically 25 to 35 minutes off-peak via the Allen Road and Wilson Avenue or Sheppard Avenue West, and longer on a show night once the approach roads load. A chauffeured car from Union or a downtown hotel is an hourly booking at the rates below.
Parking near Rogers Stadium: where to park, if you must
Where to park for Rogers Stadium is the question with the least satisfying answer: the venue calls parking on site and in the surrounding area extremely limited. Its getting-to page lists an on-site lot reached via 400 William R. Allen Road heading south, a second lot via 590 Wilson Avenue, and an unpaved off-site lot within about 1,500 m of the gates near Sheppard Avenue West and Tuscan Gate - all sold in advance only, with no walk-up sales. There are commuter lots linked to the subway at Sheppard West, Pioneer Village, Finch West and Highway 407 stations, and pay parking at York University's York Boulevard lot near York University station, paid through the HONK app according to the venue. Accessible parking passes, about 150 m from the gates, must be requested in advance from the venue's accessibility coordinator. If nobody in your group wants to drive home after a stadium show, the parking question disappears with a chauffeur.
A sample Rogers Stadium night, step by step
Four friends in Leaside, a Saturday headliner, doors at 5:30 and the main set at 8:45. The chauffeur collects at 5:15 in a Business SUV, the drive across to the Allen Road and up to Wilson Avenue takes thirty to forty minutes on a show night, and the group is dropped in the designated zone around 6:00 with time for merchandise and the support act. The chauffeur moves to a legal holding point and stays on the phone. At 10:40 the encore starts and one of the group texts; the car moves back towards the zone as the crowd begins to leave. By 11:15 the group is southbound and home before midnight, without having stood on a subway platform or watched an app price climb. That is about six and a half hours from the door, billed to the next full hour at the same rate: seven hours in a Business SUV at $175-$210 is $1,225-$1,470 before HST and gratuity, split four ways. The same night for twelve in a Sprinter is seven hours at $475-$570.
Every number in that example is a range from the booker, not a quote for your date; the engine shows the exact rate before you confirm, and the venue's instructions on the night decide which zone and which approach the chauffeur uses.
Rogers Stadium rideshare versus a booked chauffeur
A Rogers Stadium rideshare drop-off works well on the way in. The way out is the problem: everyone requests at once, prices in the apps rise with demand, and the car you are matched to has to reach a zone that thousands of other cars are also trying to reach. A booked chauffeur is not faster through the same traffic - nobody is - but the car is already yours, the price was set before you left home, and the chauffeur is driving towards you before the show ends rather than after. Our chauffeur vs rideshare comparison works through the arithmetic for a night with several rides.
What a concert night costs
Concert nights are hourly bookings: the clock runs from your door, stops for dinner are included, and overtime is the same rate to the next full hour. These are engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before 13% HST and gratuity; the exact rate for your date shows in the booker before you confirm.
| Vehicle | Seats | Minimum | Per hour | Example: 5-hour night |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | 3 | 3 h | $135-$160 | $675-$800 |
| Business SUV (Yukon/Suburban) | up to 6 | 3 h | $175-$210 | $875-$1,050 |
| First Class SUV (Escalade) | up to 6 | 3 h | $225-$270 | $1,125-$1,350 |
| Stretch limousine (partner) | 8 | 3 h | $400-$480 | $2,000-$2,400 |
| Executive Sprinter | 12 | 5 h | $475-$570 | $2,375-$2,850 |
| Stretch SUV (partner) | 14 | 5 h | $450-$540 | $2,250-$2,700 |
| Party bus (partner) | 14 | 5 h | $550-$660 | $2,750-$3,300 |
A five-hour night covers pickup in the city, the drive to Downsview, the show and the drive home for most downtown and midtown starts; a long headliner set, an early start for the support act or a pickup in Oakville or Pickering may need six. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks.
Groups: the Sprinter, the stretch SUV and the party bus
For a group of eight to twelve, an Executive Sprinter is the sensible car: forward-facing seats, room for coats, and one drop and one pickup for everyone. Divide a five-hour Sprinter night by twelve and the per-person cost is a fraction of what most people spend on the ticket. For a birthday or a bachelorette where the ride is part of the night, the party bus, the stretch SUV and the stretch limousine are vetted partner vehicles booked, invoiced and supported by us. On every vehicle, sealed purchases ride in the trunk and nothing is opened or consumed on board - there is no alcohol on board.
Accessibility
The venue says wheelchair escorts to your seats are available at any gate, and the TTC has run a free accessible shuttle loop between Wilson Station's Upper Bus Platform and the stadium on event days. For door-to-door, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available from us on request; arrange it with the desk by phone, ideally 48 hours ahead, and ask the venue about accessible parking or the closest drop-off for your show.
Coming from the suburbs
Rogers Stadium sits close to the 401 and the Allen Road, which makes it an easier night from the north and west than a downtown venue. From Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Brampton the run is across or down the 400 and 401; from Markham it is the 401 westbound; from North York itself it can be fifteen minutes. The sports and concerts page covers the downtown venues, and the evening and late-night page the dinner before.
Booking your Rogers Stadium car
Book direct in the reservation engine on this page: By the hour, the vehicle, your pickup address, the time and the hours, with the artist and date in the notes so the chauffeur checks that show's instructions. Or call (833) 931-6688 toll-free or WhatsApp +1 647-667-7689 in Toronto, 24/7, or use the live chat. Book direct rather than through a third-party marketplace. Summer weekends sell out early for every vehicle class, and cancellation is measured from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%.

Text at the first encore. The single habit that makes a stadium exit work: message the chauffeur when the encore begins. By the time the lights come up the car is moving into the zone, and you are walking towards it instead of standing in a field refreshing an app.
Rogers Stadium car service: questions answered
Is Rogers Stadium open in 2026?
Yes - it ran a 2026 summer concert season, and the TTC added a pedestrian pathway from Gate 2 to Sheppard West for 2026. Concerts are seasonal, so check rogers-stadium.com for the dates currently on sale.
What is the address of Rogers Stadium?
The venue lists 81 YZD Lane, Toronto, ON M3K 0A1, on the former Downsview Airport lands. That is also the north pick-up and drop-off zone, reached from Sheppard Avenue West via Chesswood Drive.
Can I still be dropped off at 111 Beffort Road?
One venue page gave 111 Beffort Road as the lot entrance, but the current getting-to page lists Beffort Road as closed to public vehicles and pedestrians on show days and names zones at 81 YZD Lane and 590 Wilson Avenue. Follow the venue's instructions for your show; our chauffeurs do.
Where is the Rogers Stadium rideshare drop-off?
The venue names two designated zones: the north zone at 81 YZD Lane, about 400 m from the gates, and the south zone off 590 Wilson Avenue, about 900 m from the gates. Pick-ups and drop-offs elsewhere are not allowed.
Where should I park for Rogers Stadium?
Parking is extremely limited and sold in advance only - on-site lots via Allen Road and Wilson Avenue and an off-site lot near Sheppard and Tuscan Gate. Commuter lots at Sheppard West, Pioneer Village, Finch West and Highway 407 stations, and York University, connect by subway.
How do I take the TTC to Rogers Stadium?
Line 1 to Downsview Park or Sheppard West, each about 900 m from a gate, or Wilson, about 1,800 m. In 2026 your concert ticket was proof of payment for the ride home from those three stations - check ttc.ca for the current season.
How much is a car to Rogers Stadium for a concert?
Hourly: an Executive Sedan is $135-$160 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, so a five-hour night is $675-$800; a twelve-seat Sprinter is $475-$570 an hour with a 5-hour minimum. Engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before HST and gratuity; the exact rate shows in the booker.
Where does the chauffeur wait during the show?
Not in the zone - the venue does not allow idling or parking there. The chauffeur holds at a legal point outside the closure area and comes back into the designated zone when you text at the encore.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.
- 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
- 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.
