Markham, the 404 corridor's city
Markham is the city of three hundred and fifty thousand north-east of Toronto between the 404 and the Rouge, the country's most diverse municipality and its self-described high-tech capital: the technology head offices of the 404 and Highway 7 corridor - the Canadian headquarters of IBM, AMD, Lenovo, Huawei, Honda, Toyota Financial and a hundred others in the Allstate Parkway, Woodbine and Commerce Valley business parks - Unionville's preserved Main Street and its Too Good Pond, Markham Centre's new downtown at Warden and Highway 7 with the Flato Markham Theatre and the Aaniin community centre, the Chinese and Hong Kong malls of Steeles and Kennedy - Pacific Mall, Market Village's successor, the First Markham Place and the Splendid China Tower - Thornhill's Bathurst and Yonge corridor shared with Vaughan, Markham Stouffville Hospital, York University's new Markham campus, and the banquet halls of the Woodbine and Kennedy corridors. A chauffeured Markham booking is a corporate day across the campuses, a wedding at a Markham hall or the Unionville churches, a Pearson run across the 407, a Pacific Mall afternoon, or a medical block; the pillar page explains the hourly product and this page is the city.

The tech campuses, and the corporate day
The 404 corridor from Steeles to Major Mackenzie and Highway 7 from Woodbine to Kennedy hold more technology head offices than anywhere in Canada outside downtown Toronto and Waterloo - IBM Canada's campus on Warden, AMD on Commerce Valley, Lenovo and Huawei on Allstate Parkway, Honda Canada on Honda Boulevard, the pharmaceutical and financial services companies on Woodbine and Renfrew, the Markham Convergence Centre - and a Toronto or a visiting executive's day across them is the roadshow page's block with the 404's and the 407's timing built in; the corporate account bills monthly, the chauffeur waits in each campus's visitor lot, and a Pearson-to-Markham-to-downtown day across the 407 and down the 404 and the DVP is the shape the desk sees most. The Kitchener-Waterloo page covers the corridor's other end.
Unionville, and the wedding
Unionville's Main Street - the Victorian storefronts, the Old Firehall, the Varley Art Gallery, Too Good Pond and the Unionville Millennium Bandstand, the Unionville Festival in June and the Olde Tyme Christmas - is the north-east's prettiest wedding backdrop and its Sunday afternoon, and the wedding page plans a Markham wedding from the Unionville churches - Central United, St. Philip's on-the-Hill, the Bethesda Lutheran - or the Chinese churches of the Kennedy corridor, the Hindu temples on Bayview and in Richmond Hill, the Muslim community's halls, to the reception at the Angus Glen Golf Club's ballroom, the Edward Day gallery, the Markham Convention Centre, the Chinese banquet restaurants of Woodbine and the Kennedy corridor, or the Royal Ambassador in nearby Caledon; the photographs at Too Good Pond or the Main Street; the stretch limousine or the S-Class for the couple, the Sprinters for the party and the families, the midnight send-off. Booked months ahead for a summer Saturday.
The Steeles malls, and the Saturday
Pacific Mall at Steeles and Kennedy - the largest Chinese indoor mall in North America, its four hundred stalls, its food court and its Heritage Town upstairs - the First Markham Place and the Splendid China Tower on Highway 7 and Steeles, the Peachtree Centre, the Chinese and Hong Kong supermarkets and dim sum halls of the Kennedy, Woodbine and Highway 7 corridors: a shopping afternoon of four hours in the SUV with the boot filling, and a household's standing Saturday of the market run, the elders to the temple or the church, the children to the Chinese school and the tutoring centres, and the evening at a banquet restaurant's dinner. The Scarborough page covers the malls south of Steeles; the border is a formality to the chauffeur.
Chauffeur and black car service in Markham is booked by the hour from a three-hour minimum (five for a Sprinter): a sedan, S-Class, SUV, Sprinter or stretch limousine with a chauffeur for a corporate day across the 404 and Highway 7 corridor's technology campuses, a Unionville or Kennedy-corridor wedding, a Pacific Mall or Steeles-malls afternoon, a Markham Stouffville medical block, a Flato Markham Theatre evening or a Pearson run across the 407. No surge, no meter.
Markham Centre, the Flato and the evening
Markham Centre at Warden and Highway 7 - the new downtown's condos and offices, the Flato Markham Theatre's concerts and touring shows, the Aaniin community centre, the Markham Pan Am Centre's pools, the Civic Centre, the restaurants of Downtown Markham and the Hilton Suites' ballroom - and the Chinese banquet restaurants of Woodbine, Highway 7 and Kennedy - the dim sum palaces that host the wedding banquets and the birthday dinners of two hundred: an evening booking of four hours covers a Flato show and dinner with the car on Town Centre Boulevard, and a banquet-restaurant evening for a family group is the Sprinter with the elders in the S-Class.
Markham Stouffville Hospital, and the hospitals
Markham Stouffville Hospital on Church Street at Highway 7 (Oak Valley Health), with Mackenzie Health's Richmond Hill site to the west and Sunnybrook and North York General down the 404: the medical chauffeur page is the product, an hourly block with the chauffeur waiting through the appointment at the entrance, the patient helped to the door, and the same chauffeur for a course of treatments; a Markham patient referred to Toronto's hospital row is the same booking with the 404 and the DVP in the block, and a family's visits across weeks a standing arrangement.
York University's Markham campus, and Seneca
York University's Markham Centre campus, opened in 2024 at Enterprise Boulevard, and Seneca Polytechnic's Markham campus on Highway 7 bring families for September move-in and convocation as at every campus, in the SUV and the Sprinter; the Kingston page has the routine, and Markham's families sending students to Queen's, Western and Waterloo book the one-way flat fares in September from the Unionville door.

A Markham corporate day, timed (book 9)
7:15 Pearson Terminal 1, the S-Class, a visiting vice-president off the Tokyo overnight; the meet at arrivals. 8:15 the 407 east to the 404; a technology campus on Allstate Parkway by 8:50. 11:00 a second campus on Warden. 12:30 lunch at the Angus Glen clubhouse. 2:00 a supplier on Woodbine. 3:30 the DVP downtown; a bank on Bay Street by 4:15. 6:00 the Shangri-La. Nine hours from the arrivals hall, the 407's toll passed through at cost because the 401 was the alternative, and a first day in Canada without a rental car.
Households, Thornhill and the standing arrangement
Thornhill's Bathurst and Yonge corridor, Unionville's streets, Cachet and Angus Glen, Berczy Village and Cornell: Markham's households are the personal chauffeur service's north-east core - the Pearson run across the 407 at 5 am, the Saturday at the Steeles malls with the boot filling, the elders to the temple or the church and their appointments, the children to the Chinese school and the tutoring centres and the Unionville lessons, the evening at a banquet restaurant or the Flato, and the Sunday to the Kawarthas or Muskoka cottage up the 404 and the 48 or the 407 and the 400; the same chauffeur, the household's route on file, one monthly invoice, and the hire-a-driver page prices the day.
The car
The Mercedes S-Class for the visiting executive, the couple and the elders; the Executive Sedan for the corporate day and the hospital; the Luxury SUV for the family's Pearson run, the Steeles Saturday and the cottage; the Executive Sprinter for the campus's visiting team, the wedding party and the banquet-restaurant group; the stretch limousine for the couple. Every vehicle has winter tyres from November. The fleet page has capacities.
What it costs
The class hourly rate times the hours, from three (five for a Sprinter), plus HST and the gratuity you set; a wedding's vehicles priced per vehicle on one confirmation; a Pearson run as a flat fare; no surge, no meter, and the 407 - Markham's main east-west road - passed through at cost when the passenger chooses it, which for the Pearson run it usually is. The rates page explains the number and the comparison page the case.
Booking Markham
By the hour, three to nine, with the campuses, the mall, the hospital or the theatre in the notes; Route for Pearson with the flight number and the 407 preference; a call to the desk for a wedding, a campus's visiting week or a household's standing arrangement. A corporate day the evening before; a summer-Saturday wedding months ahead.

The 407 and the 404, honestly. Markham's Pearson run is thirty-five minutes across the 407 and an hour and a quarter across the 401, and the 407's toll for the run is a fraction of the hour saved; the desk's default for Markham is the 407 unless the passenger says otherwise, and 407 ETR publishes the per-kilometre rate that appears at cost on the invoice.
Markham: questions answered
Do you cover the 404 corridor's technology campuses?
Yes - a corporate day across IBM's, AMD's, Lenovo's, Huawei's, Honda's and the rest of the Allstate Parkway, Warden, Woodbine and Commerce Valley campuses as a roadshow block with the 404's and 407's timing built in, on the corporate account.
How long is the Pearson run from Markham?
Thirty-five minutes across the 407 at any hour, an hour and a quarter across the 401 in the peak. The desk's default is the 407, its toll passed through at cost; the Pearson page has the terminal rules.
Do you do Markham and Unionville weddings?
Yes - the stretch limousine or S-Class for the couple, Sprinters for the party and families, the Unionville or Kennedy-corridor church or the temple to the Angus Glen, Markham Convention Centre or banquet-restaurant reception, Too Good Pond for the photographs, and the send-off. Booked months ahead for a summer Saturday.
What is the minimum?
Three hours for a sedan, S-Class, SUV or stretch limousine, five for a Sprinter. A Pacific Mall afternoon or a Flato evening is four; a corporate day is eight or nine.
Can you take a patient to Markham Stouffville Hospital?
Yes - the medical chauffeur booking with the chauffeur waiting through the appointment and helping at the door, and the same chauffeur for a course of treatments. A Toronto referral is the same booking with the 404 and DVP in the block.
Is a Pacific Mall and Steeles-malls afternoon a booking?
Yes - four hours in the SUV with the boot filling across Pacific Mall, First Markham Place and the Kennedy-corridor supermarkets, or as a household's standing Saturday with the elders' temple and the children's Chinese school in the route.
Do you do York University's Markham campus and Seneca?
Yes - move-in in September and convocation, in the SUV and the Sprinter; and the one-way flat fares to Queen's, Western and Waterloo for Markham families in September.
Which car?
The S-Class for the visiting executive and the elders; the sedan for the corporate day; the SUV for the family and the cottage; the Sprinter for a team, a wedding party or a banquet group; the stretch for the couple.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.
- 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
- 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
