Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
The party bus, without the guesswork
Search "party bus prices" in Toronto and you mostly find quote forms. This page does the opposite: it gives the party bus rate, the minimum, the per-person maths and the rules on board, so a group can decide in five minutes whether a party bus is the right vehicle and what it will cost each person.
The party bus TorontoBlackCarService.net books is a 14-passenger limo bus - perimeter seating, party lighting, a sound system and a chauffeur - supplied by a vetted partner operator and booked, invoiced and supported by us. One booking, one invoice, one 24/7 desk. It is booked by the hour with a five-hour minimum. It is the right vehicle when the ride itself is part of the night: the stag or stagette, the milestone birthday, the grad night, the concert at Rogers Stadium or Scotiabank Arena.

Party bus prices and the party bus rate
All figures are engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before 13% HST and gratuity. The exact rate for your date, start time and addresses shows in the booker on this page before you confirm.
| Party bus booking (14 seats) | Price |
|---|---|
| Party bus rate, by the hour | from $550-$660/hr |
| Minimum booking | 5 hours: from $2,750-$3,300 |
| Six hours | from $3,300-$3,960 |
| Seven hours | from $3,850-$4,620 |
| Union Station to Pearson, 27 km, about 26 min, one way | from $550-$660 |
Overtime runs at the same hourly rate to the next full hour; the clock starts at the first pickup, and garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks. The 407 is used only if you choose that route, and the toll is shown at booking. Saturday nights from May to June - prom and wedding season - and December holiday-party weekends fill first.
Per-person maths
A party bus is priced per vehicle, so the number that matters is what each person pays. Before HST and gratuity:
| Group size | 5 hours, per person | 6 hours, per person |
|---|---|---|
| 14 people | about $196-$236 | about $236-$283 |
| 12 people | about $229-$275 | about $275-$330 |
| 10 people | about $275-$330 | about $330-$396 |
Add 13% HST to the total (a five-hour minimum becomes about $3,108-$3,729) and the gratuity you choose. Honest comparison: for ten or fewer who just need to get to a venue and home, a Sprinter at $475-$570/hr or a stretch SUV at $450-$540/hr costs less; the party bus is the right number when the group is twelve to fourteen and the bus is the point.
A party bus in Toronto from TorontoBlackCarService.net is a 14-seat chauffeured partner bus at from $550-$660 an hour with a five-hour minimum, so from $2,750-$3,300 for the minimum - about $196-$236 a person for fourteen. Engine quotes of 8 October 2026, before 13% HST and gratuity. Nothing is opened or consumed on board; sealed purchases ride in the trunk.
The rules on board, and why
No alcohol is consumed on board. Ontario's Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019, section 42, prohibits liquor in a motor vehicle unless it is under a licence or permit, or in an unopened, sealed container, or packed in baggage that is fastened closed or not readily available to anyone in the vehicle. Our policy applies to every group of every age: nothing is opened or consumed on the bus. If the group buys a bottle for the after-party, it travels sealed in the trunk and comes out at the destination. Some operators sell a "bar on wheels"; we do not, and the chauffeur will end the booking - with the booked hours charged - if bottles come out on board.
The rest is common sense and is said once at the door: no smoking or vaping, seated while the bus is moving, no standing in the stairwell, nothing thrown from windows, and the chauffeur decides where the bus can stop. Damage and cleaning beyond normal use are charged as set out in the terms. The group's organiser is the chauffeur's contact for the night and receives every update from the desk.
Stags and stagettes
The classic stag or stagette is a five- or six-hour bus: the hotel or a house pickup, dinner, two stops downtown and everyone dropped home at the end, not left to find a ride at 2 am. The downtown page has the streets where a bus can actually stop; the chauffeur will know which King West and Ossington blocks to avoid on a Saturday night. A stagette that starts in Mississauga or Vaughan is priced the same as one that starts downtown.
Birthdays and the milestone night
A thirtieth or fortieth with fourteen friends, a sweet sixteen with parents' permission and a parent on board, a family party that ends at a restaurant: the bus collects everyone in one loop, the lights are on from the first pickup, and nobody drives. For under-19 groups the same no-alcohol rule applies, and the organiser should be an adult reachable by phone.
Grads, proms and formals
High-school proms, university formals and graduation nights are where a party bus is most often requested and most often over-booked. The prom and graduation page covers school rules, parent contacts and the drop-off and pickup times venues expect. Book as soon as the date is known; spring Fridays and Saturdays are the first to sell out.
Concerts: Rogers Stadium, Scotiabank Arena and the rest
Rogers Stadium at Downsview Park has a dedicated rideshare and pick-up/drop-off lot entered from 111 Beffort Road - drive north on Dufferin, which becomes Beffort north of Wilson - with a pedestrian path to the gates, and the venue says idling and parking there are prohibited and vehicles will be towed. That means the bus drops, leaves, and comes back at an agreed time for the pickup; the venue's getting-here page is the authority on the day. Scotiabank Arena is at 40 Bay Street beside Union Station, and the arena's getting-here page sets out the current arrangements; the chauffeur picks a pickup corner south or west of the building to avoid the crush. The sibling pages for Rogers Stadium and Scotiabank Arena have the detail, and the sports and concerts page covers the other venues. A concert bus is always at least five hours because the queue to leave is part of the night.
Party bus rental near me: across the GTA
The bus starts from any address in the areas we serve - Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Scarborough, Hamilton - at the same hourly rate. Out-of-town nights to Niagara Falls (130 km, about 1 h 45 off-peak) are possible as a long block; for a wine day the Niagara-on-the-Lake page recommends a Sprinter, which is quieter for the drive and takes the cases home.
Bus party Toronto: party bus, stretch SUV or Sprinter?
| Party bus | Stretch SUV limo | Executive Sprinter | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seats | 14, perimeter | 14, perimeter | 12, forward-facing |
| Hourly | from $550-$660/hr | from $450-$540/hr | from $475-$570/hr |
| Minimum | 5 h | 5 h | 5 h |
| Luggage | 2 large | 4 large | 12 large |
| Best for | The night on board | The arrival, the photographs | Distance, comfort, luggage |
The party bus has the most room to move and the lights; the stretch SUV has the look at the door; the Sprinter has the comfort for a long drive. The fleet page has every class.
A sample five-hour party bus night
| Time | What happens |
|---|---|
| 7:00 pm | First pickup; the chauffeur texts the organiser on arrival |
| 7:15-7:45 pm | Loop to collect the rest of the group (agreed in advance) |
| 8:00 pm | Dinner drop; the bus waits nearby or returns at a set time |
| 10:00 pm | Second stop - a venue, a show or a lounge |
| 11:30 pm | Home loop begins, in the order agreed at booking |
| 12:00 am | Last drop; the five hours end |
Pickups add up: a loop collecting fourteen people from six addresses can take an hour on its own, so the plan above starts with three pickups, not fourteen. A single meeting point - one house, one hotel lobby - is the simplest way to get more of the night out of the minimum. If the group wants a late finish, book six hours at the start rather than relying on overtime on the night; the bus may have a second booking after yours.
Questions to ask before you book any party bus
How many seats, really? A bus advertised for "up to 20" may be comfortable for twelve. Ours seats fourteen and that is the number we take. What is the hourly rate, and what is the minimum? Without both you cannot compare quotes. What is added - HST, gratuity, garage travel, tolls, cleaning? Whose bus is it, and who answers the phone at midnight? What is the alcohol rule? A party bus company that encourages drinking on board is asking the group to carry the risk. What happens if we cancel? Our answers are on this page; ask any other operator for theirs in writing, and compare.
Holiday parties and December
December is the other party bus season. An office holiday party at a King West venue or a banquet hall in Vaughan or Mississauga books the bus to collect staff from the office or a subway station, and - more importantly - to take them home to every corner of the GTA at the end of the night. Book in October; Friday and Saturday nights in the first three weeks of December go first. For a larger company the events page explains how several vehicles run to one plan.
Paying for a party bus
The booking is made and paid by one person - the organiser - by card online in the booker, or invoiced to a company on a corporate account. Splitting the cost among the group is between the group; the per-person table above is the number to share. Gratuity is shown at booking. Changes to the time, the hours or the stops go through the desk by phone or live chat, and the confirmation is re-issued so everyone works from the same plan.
Accessibility, and the airport run
A party bus has steps at the door and perimeter seating, so it is not the right vehicle for a guest who uses a wheelchair. Tell the desk when you book and a wheelchair-accessible vehicle can follow the bus to every stop, arranged by phone, ideally 48 hours ahead, so nobody is left out of the night. The bus can also do a one-way run - Union Station to Pearson is 27 km, about 26 minutes, from $550-$660 - but it takes only two large suitcases, so for a group flying out with luggage the Sprinter, at $380-$455 for the same run, is the better and cheaper vehicle.
Why groups book direct with us
Three reasons. The price is published as a range and confirmed in the booker before you pay, not emailed back a day later. The rules are written down, so the organiser knows exactly what the chauffeur will and will not allow. And the booking sits with a 24/7 desk that also runs sedans, SUVs, Sprinters and stretches, so if the plan changes - more people, a second vehicle, an earlier finish - one call fixes it.
Booking a party bus direct
Book direct in the reservation engine on this page: choose By the hour, select Party Bus, enter the first pickup, the date, the start time and the hours (five minimum), and put the group size, the stops and the organiser's mobile in the notes. The engine shows the exact rate before you confirm. Or call the 24/7 desk on (833) 931-6688 toll-free or WhatsApp +1 647-667-7689. Book direct rather than through a party-bus marketplace: the published rate, the rules and the desk all come with it. Cancellation is counted from scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%.

One organiser, one list. Send the desk the stops in order and one mobile number. On the night, the organiser gets the group to the door on time and the chauffeur handles everything else - including the last stop, which should always be everyone's home.
Party bus: questions answered
How much does a party bus cost in Toronto?
The 14-seat party bus is from $550-$660 an hour with a five-hour minimum, so from $2,750-$3,300 for the minimum and from $3,300-$3,960 for six hours. These are engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before 13% HST and gratuity; the exact rate shows in the booker before you confirm.
What is the party bus price per person?
For fourteen people on a five-hour booking, about $196-$236 each before HST and gratuity; for twelve, about $229-$275; for ten, about $275-$330. Six hours adds about a fifth.
Can we drink on the party bus?
No. Nothing is opened or consumed on board, for any group. Ontario's Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019, section 42, allows liquor in a vehicle only under a licence or permit, or sealed or packed away. Sealed purchases ride in the trunk and come out at the destination.
What is the minimum for a party bus rental in Toronto?
Five hours. Overtime runs at the same hourly rate to the next full hour, and the clock starts at the first pickup.
How many people fit on the party bus?
Fourteen, on perimeter seating. For more than fourteen, book two vehicles - a party bus with a stretch SUV or a Sprinter - and the desk runs them to one plan.
Can the party bus wait at Rogers Stadium?
Not in the lot. Rogers Stadium's drop-off lot at 111 Beffort Road prohibits idling and parking, so the bus drops, leaves and returns at the agreed time for pickup. The concert booking is five hours or more.
Is the party bus your own vehicle?
It is a vetted partner vehicle, booked, invoiced and supported by us. You deal with our desk from booking to the last drop-off.
How do I find a party bus rental near me in the GTA?
Book direct in the engine on this page from any GTA address - Brampton, Markham, Oakville, Hamilton and the rest - at the same hourly rate, with garage travel shown at booking where it applies. Or call (833) 931-6688, 24/7.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.
- 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
- 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
