Scotiabank Arena car service for game nights and concerts
Scotiabank Arena sits at 40 Bay Street, at the northwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Bay Street, a block south of Union Station. It is home to the Maple Leafs and the Raptors and the city's largest indoor concert stage, which means a great many nights a year when the same few blocks of Bay, York, Bremner and Lake Shore fill with people at once. A Scotiabank Arena car service from TorontoBlackCarService.net is an hourly booking: dinner first if you like, the drop as close to your entrance as traffic control allows, the car waiting at a pickup point a short walk away, and home without joining the queue for a ride.
Searching for a limo to Scotiabank Arena, a Leafs game limo or a Raptors game car service? This page covers the arena's location and parking from its own pages, how we handle drop-off and pickup on a busy night, what an evening costs, and when walking from Union is the better plan.
Scotiabank Arena is at 40 Bay Street, at Lake Shore and Bay, linked to Union Station through the PATH. A chauffeured game or concert night is an hourly booking - from $135-$160 an hour for an Executive Sedan with a 3-hour minimum, engine quotes from 8 October 2026 before HST and gratuity - with the drop near your entrance and pickup at an agreed point a short walk away.

Where the arena is, and what is around it
The arena's getting-here page describes it as linked by Union Station to Toronto's major transit systems, and the City's PATH page lists both Union Station and Scotiabank Arena among the places reachable through the downtown walkway network, which runs to more than 30 km. Maple Leaf Square sits on the arena's west side, with underground public parking at 15 York Street that the arena says gives indoor access to the square's shops and to the arena itself. The Gardiner Expressway runs overhead along Lake Shore, and the York, Bay and Yonge ramps are the reason the area jams so quickly after an event: everyone driving out is trying to reach the same few on-ramps.
Scotiabank Arena parking: the options
The arena's own garage, two levels under the building, is for suite holders and office tenants; the arena lists a flat $50 fee, cashless payment, a 2 m height limit and access opening one hour before the event, with four on-site accessible spaces bookable by phone from a month before the date. The 15 York Street garage under Maple Leaf Square is open 24/7 with event parking, and the arena says pre-booking through SpotHero can be cheaper than the drive-up rate. Beyond that, the arena notes thousands of public spaces within a short walk. For most people the real cost of parking is not the fee; it is the 30 to 45 minutes of crawling out of a garage onto Lake Shore with nineteen thousand others. A chauffeur removes both.
Scotiabank Arena drop-off and pickup: how we do it
The arena's getting-here page does not publish a designated rideshare or limousine zone (checked 8 October 2026), and on big nights the City's traffic staff and the arena's event plan decide which lanes are open. So we work from a plan rather than a promise.
The drop. Tell us your entrance or suite level when you book. The chauffeur approaches from the side that is moving - Bay from the north, Lake Shore from the east or west, or York - and drops you as close to that entrance as traffic control allows, curbside where stopping is permitted. In heavy pre-game traffic it is often faster to step out a block away and walk two minutes than to sit in the last hundred metres.
The wait. The car does not idle at the arena doors through a game. The chauffeur holds at a legal spot nearby and stays on the phone.
The pickup. Before the event, the chauffeur texts you a pickup point a short walk from the arena, chosen for the direction you are heading home - north towards Yorkville and midtown, west towards Etobicoke and Mississauga, east towards the Beaches and Scarborough. Text at the start of the third period, the fourth quarter or the encore; by the time you reach the corner the car is there. On nights when the City or the arena changes the road plan, the desk follows their instructions and tells you where the car will be.
Leafs game limo, Raptors game car service, and concerts
Leafs nights. Hockey has intermissions and an overtime you cannot predict; a five-hour block with dinner first usually covers it, and overtime is billed to the next full hour at the same rate. Playoff nights bring Maple Leaf Square crowds and road changes; book early and allow more time.
Raptors nights. Basketball ends on a clock but the last two minutes can take fifteen. The same booking pattern, the same pickup plan.
Concerts. Shows start later and the encore is the signal. If you are seeing a big act with friends, a Business SUV for six or an Executive Sprinter for twelve makes one drop and one pickup for everyone.
Suites and client nights. A company's suite night is client hospitality, and the transport is part of it: clients collected from the office or hotel, dropped at the right entrance and taken home separately at the end, all on the corporate account. The executive car service page explains the account side.
What a game night costs
Game and concert nights are hourly: the clock runs from your door, dinner stops are included, and overtime is the same rate to the next full hour. These are engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before 13% HST and gratuity; the exact rate for your date shows in the booker before you confirm.
| Vehicle | Seats | Minimum | Per hour | Example: 4-hour night |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | 3 | 3 h | $135-$160 | $540-$640 |
| Business SUV (Yukon/Suburban) | up to 6 | 3 h | $175-$210 | $700-$840 |
| First Class SUV (Escalade) | up to 6 | 3 h | $225-$270 | $900-$1,080 |
| Mercedes E/S-Class | 3 | 3 h | $350-$420 | $1,400-$1,680 |
| Stretch limousine (partner) | 8 | 3 h | $400-$480 | $1,600-$1,920 |
| Executive Sprinter | 12 | 5 h | $475-$570 | 5 h: $2,375-$2,850 |
A downtown or midtown pickup with the game alone usually fits four hours; dinner first, or a pickup in Oakville, Vaughan or Markham, usually needs five. If you only need one leg - say, to the game from Pearson, with your own way home - the arena is a block from Union Station, and Union Station to Pearson is 27 km and about 26 minutes; the engine quotes that one-way from $140-$170 in an Executive Sedan, $180-$215 in a Business SUV and $380-$455 in an Executive Sprinter, before HST and gratuity.
A sample Leafs night, step by step
Two clients and a host, a 7 pm puck drop, dinner on King West at 5. The chauffeur collects the clients at their Yorkville hotel at 4:40 in a First Class SUV, waits outside the restaurant through dinner, and at 6:25 drops the group as close to the arena's entrance as traffic control allows. The chauffeur holds at a legal spot nearby and texts the pickup point - on the north side, because the clients are going back to Yorkville. At the start of the third period the host texts; the game goes to overtime; the car simply waits, because the clock is already running. By 10:05 the clients are in the car and heading north while the crowd is still filling the sidewalks, and back at the hotel by about 10:30. Just under six hours from pickup: at $225-$270 an hour that is $1,350-$1,620 before HST and gratuity, on the corporate account. The same night in an Executive Sedan is six hours at $135-$160. These are ranges from the booker; the exact rate for your date shows before you confirm.
Getting to Scotiabank Arena without a car
For completeness, and because sometimes it is the right answer: Union Station is a block north of the arena, served by TTC Line 1, GO trains and the UP Express from Pearson, and the PATH links Union to the arena under cover. From a hotel near Union, walking is quicker than any car on a game night. From Pearson with luggage, or from a suburb with a group, a car usually wins - and on the way home at 10:30 pm it is the difference between a crowded platform and a car waiting on your side of the arena.
When to walk from Union instead
If you are staying at a Front Street hotel or working in the Financial District, the honest advice is often to walk: the PATH and Union Station put the arena a few minutes away under cover, and no car beats that on a game night. The car earns its cost when you are coming from further out, bringing a group, entertaining clients, or heading home to a suburb at 10:30 pm when the station platforms and the ride apps are at their busiest. The chauffeur vs rideshare page works through that arithmetic.
Before and after: dinner, drinks and the ride home
Most game nights begin with dinner on King West, in the Financial District or in Yorkville, and the hourly booking includes that stop. The evening and late-night page covers dinner reservations and timing, and the sports and concerts page covers the other venues - the ballpark, BMO Field and the amphitheatre - when your next night is somewhere else. For a celebration where the ride is part of the night, the stretch limousine and the party bus are vetted partner vehicles, booked, invoiced and supported by us; sealed purchases ride in the trunk and nothing is opened or consumed on board.
Playoff nights and big concert runs
A playoff run or a multi-night concert residency changes the arithmetic. Maple Leaf Square fills hours before the game, the surrounding streets carry far more foot traffic, and every hourly car in the city is spoken for early. Book as soon as the date is known, add an hour to the usual block so dinner is not rushed, and expect the pickup point to be a slightly longer walk than on a regular-season Tuesday, because the chauffeur will choose a corner the crowd is not using. If the series ends early and the game never happens, the cancellation terms below apply from the scheduled pickup, so book the date and check the schedule as the series goes on.
Accessibility and families
For accessibility questions inside the building, the arena directs fans to its Fan Services team at (416) 815-5982. For the ride, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available from us on request - arrange it by phone, ideally 48 hours ahead - and child seats and toddler seats are $25 each, selected in the booker, for a family's first game.

Scotiabank Arena car service: questions answered
What is the address of Scotiabank Arena?
40 Bay Street, Toronto, ON M5J 2X2, at the northwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Bay Street, a block south of Union Station.
Where is the Scotiabank Arena drop-off?
The arena does not publish a designated rideshare or limousine zone on its getting-here page. Our chauffeur drops you as close to your entrance as traffic control allows, curbside where stopping is permitted, and follows the City's and the arena's road plan on busy nights.
How much is a limo to Scotiabank Arena for a Leafs game?
It is hourly. An Executive Sedan is $135-$160 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, so a four-hour game night is $540-$640; a Business SUV is $175-$210 an hour. Engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before HST and gratuity; the exact rate shows in the booker.
What parking is there at Scotiabank Arena?
The arena's own garage lists a $50 flat fee, cashless, with a 2 m height limit, opening an hour before the event; 15 York Street under Maple Leaf Square is open 24/7 with event parking; there are thousands of public spaces a short walk away.
Is Scotiabank Arena connected to Union Station?
Yes - the City lists both Union Station and Scotiabank Arena among the places reachable through the PATH, and the arena says Union Station links it to Toronto's major transit systems.
Where will the chauffeur pick us up after a Raptors game?
At a point a short walk from the arena, texted to you before the game and chosen for the direction you are heading home. Text at the start of the fourth quarter and the car is there when you arrive.
Can you take a group of twelve to a concert at Scotiabank Arena?
Yes - an Executive Sprinter seats twelve, $475-$570 an hour with a 5-hour minimum, with one drop and one pickup for everyone. Partner stretch limousines and party buses are also available.
Is it worth booking a car if I am staying downtown?
Often not - from a Front Street hotel the PATH and Union Station put the arena minutes away under cover. A car is worth it from further out, with a group or clients, or for the ride home to a suburb late at night.

Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.
