Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
Why a group books one vehicle
Eight people to a winery in three sedans is three chauffeurs, three arrival times, three sets of directions and a group that is never in the same place. Eight people in one Executive Sprinter is one chauffeur, one arrival, one conversation and everyone home together. That is the whole argument, and the arithmetic follows from it: a Sprinter is priced per vehicle, not per seat, so from seven passengers it is the cheapest chauffeured option per person, and from ten it is not close.
The Executive Sprinter is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fitted as a chauffeured vehicle: twelve forward-facing leather captain's chairs, standing headroom, a rear luggage compartment, climate control front and back, USB power at every seat, and a chauffeur in a suit. It books by the hour from five hours per our terms, or as a flat-fare transfer for a single run - the airport, the venue - and it is on every page of this site because most group days are hourly days. The fleet page has the specification.

The days a Sprinter is booked for
The wine tour. Eight to twelve from Toronto to Niagara-on-the-Lake or Prince Edward County, four wineries and lunch, ten hours, everyone tasting because nobody is driving. The most-booked Sprinter day on this site.
The corporate offsite. A team of twelve from a Liberty Village office to a venue in Vaughan, a lodge in Muskoka or a conference centre in Kingston, the laptops open on the way, on the corporate account.
The wedding party and the guests. The bridal party from the hotel to the ceremony, the photographs and the reception in one vehicle; a Sprinter or two on a timed loop between the hotel block and a venue with no parking until the last dance. The wedding-day page builds the running order.
The game and the concert. Twelve to Scotiabank Arena, the Rogers Centre or BMO Field, one drop at the door, one pickup at the agreed corner, everyone home. The sports page has the venue exits.
The airport group. A family of nine landing at Pearson with eleven bags; a delegation of twelve arriving on the same flight; a sports team to Billy Bishop for the Porter to Ottawa. One vehicle, one meeting point, one flat fare. The Pearson page covers the pickup.
The crew. Film and television crews, background performers and entourages on a call sheet; the film page has the loop.
The tour. Visitors doing Toronto in a day, a cruise party from the Cherry Street terminal, a conference group's Niagara excursion, a family reunion's day at the Falls.
The night out. The bachelor and bachelorette, the fortieth, the office holiday dinner: twelve from the hotel to dinner, the show and two bars, one vehicle, everyone home. No alcohol in the Sprinter - it is a motor vehicle under Ontario's liquor laws - but a chauffeur who takes everyone home is the point.
Sprinter, party bus or coach
A Sprinter seats twelve, forward-facing, with luggage, and is the vehicle for anything that involves distance, luggage, an airport or a working group. A party bus or limo bus seats twenty to thirty on perimeter seating with a bar, no luggage space and a five-hour minimum; it is licensed for alcohol where the operator holds the licence, and it is the vehicle for a night whose whole point is the bus. A mini coach seats twenty-four to thirty-two with under-floor luggage bays and is the vehicle for a delegation, a tour group or a wedding of two hundred with hotel shuttles. The desk arranges the party bus and the coach through the network where a booking needs them, and says honestly which vehicle the day wants; the Sprinter answers most of them.
Group and Sprinter service in Toronto is a chauffeured Executive Sprinter - twelve forward-facing seats, standing headroom, a luggage bay - booked by the hour from a five-hour minimum or as a flat-fare transfer, priced per vehicle so it is the cheapest chauffeured option per seat for seven or more. It is the vehicle for wine tours, offsites, wedding parties, sports groups, airport groups and crews; party buses and coaches are arranged where a booking needs them.
How the Sprinter is priced
By the hour at the Sprinter's rate for the date, five hours minimum, stops and waiting included, overtime to the next hour at the same rate - or as a flat fare for a single transfer by address. HST and gratuity shown at booking; 407 tolls only if chosen; venue parking where charged, which for a Sprinter at a downtown venue is sometimes a lot rather than a street. Divided by twelve, an hourly Sprinter to Niagara is the cheapest chauffeured seat in the province; the rates page explains the hourly number and the comparison page prices a group day against three cars.
The chauffeur, and the vehicle's rules
A Sprinter chauffeur holds the same City of Toronto vehicle-for-hire licence and the Ontario licence class the vehicle requires, and is used to twelve passengers, twelve opinions about the music and twelve bags. The vehicle carries commercial passenger insurance and a City plate. No alcohol, no smoking, no standing while moving, seatbelts for all - the chauffeur says so once. Ontario's hours-of-service rules apply to a Sprinter day as to any other; a twelve-hour wine tour is one chauffeur's day, a sixteen-hour wedding is two.
Luggage, gear and the rear bay
The rear compartment takes twelve carry-ons or eight large suitcases; a golf trip for twelve needs a trailer or a second vehicle, and the desk will say so. Ski gear rides in the bay. A wedding's flowers and favours ride in the bay. A cooler for a Muskoka weekend rides in the bay. The seats do not fold, which is why a Sprinter is not the moving van some people hope for.
Two Sprinters, and larger groups
A group of twenty-eight is two Sprinters with two chauffeurs who travel together and arrive together; a group of forty is a mini coach. Multi-vehicle bookings have one dispatcher and one running order, and the events page covers conference and wedding shuttles at scale, including the timed hotel loops.
Sprinters across the GTA and out of the city
The same hourly rate from every area; garage travel shown at booking where a 5 am start is far from the yard. Sprinter days to every day-trip destination, with the drive in the block; one-way Sprinter transfers to Montreal, Ottawa and Kingston that beat the train per seat door to door; cross-border to Buffalo for the Bills with twelve passports handed over at once. And on the same account, a Sprinter of the same standard in Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal through the network.

Booking a Sprinter
Choose By the hour, the Executive Sprinter, the start address, the date, the time and the hours (five minimum; ten for a wine tour), or Route for a transfer; put the group size, the destination and any luggage or gear in the notes; confirm the rate. For a wedding, a wine tour on a summer Saturday or anything in TIFF week, book weeks ahead - there are fewer Sprinters than sedans in the city and they go first. The plate is texted before pickup and the chauffeur meets the group at the agreed door.
A wine-tour Saturday in the Sprinter
9:00 Rosedale, twelve friends, the Sprinter's bay with a cooler of water and the picnic. 10:30 the QEW and the 405 to Niagara-on-the-Lake; 10:45 the first winery, the chauffeur parked in the coach bay. 12:00 the second. 1:15 lunch at a vineyard restaurant, the Sprinter in the lot. 3:00 the third winery. 4:15 a stop in Jordan Village. 5:00 the QEW home with everyone asleep. 6:30 Rosedale, twelve cases in the bay carried to the door. Nine and a half hours; ten billed; divided by twelve, less than a return train ticket to Kingston each, and nobody drove.
The organiser's checklist
The group size and the pickup point; the destination and the rough timetable; luggage or gear; the one contact's phone; any child seats (fitted free); any accessibility needs (the Sprinter has a step and a grab handle, not a lift; the desk arranges an accessible vehicle where needed). Send it and the confirmation comes back with the chauffeur, the vehicle and the plan.
Accessibility
The Executive Sprinter has a high step and a grab handle and suits most passengers; a passenger who remains in a wheelchair needs a lift-equipped accessible vehicle, which the desk arranges through the network with notice. Folding wheelchairs and walkers ride in the bay. Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act sets the standard we work to, and the desk will say honestly which vehicle a group needs.
Sprinters for the daily commute
A company in Vaughan or Mississauga with staff downtown, or a downtown firm with a plant in Oakville, books a Sprinter as a standing weekday shuttle on the corporate account: the same chauffeur, the same time, twelve seats, invoiced monthly. It is cheaper per seat than the parking spaces it replaces, the staff read or work on the way in, and the company's carbon reporting shows one vehicle where there were twelve. The desk sets it up from the roster in a day, and a second Sprinter is added when the roster grows past twelve.

Fourteen seats, one text. On a group booking the desk asks for one contact - the organiser - and every update goes to that phone. The organiser's job is to have the group at the door at the time; the chauffeur's is everything else, including the fourteenth person who is always in the washroom.
Group & Sprinter service: questions answered
How many passengers does the Sprinter carry?
Twelve, in forward-facing leather captain's chairs with standing headroom, plus a rear luggage bay for eight large suitcases or twelve carry-ons. Larger groups are two Sprinters or a mini coach.
What is the minimum booking for a Sprinter?
Five hours by the hour, per our terms, or a single flat-fare transfer. A wine tour is usually ten hours; an airport group is a flat fare.
Is a Sprinter cheaper than several cars?
From seven passengers, yes - it is priced per vehicle, so divided by the group it is the cheapest chauffeured seat. From ten it is not close. And the group arrives together.
Can we drink in the Sprinter?
No - it is a motor vehicle under Ontario's liquor laws. A party bus licensed for alcohol is a different vehicle and the desk arranges one where a booking needs it. The chauffeur who takes everyone home is the point.
Which is better for a wedding party, a Sprinter or a stretch?
The Sprinter for the party of eight to twelve and for guest shuttles - luggage, headroom, nobody creased. The stretch for the couple or a party of eight who want the arrival seen. The wedding-day page plans both.
Can the Sprinter go to Niagara, Muskoka or across the border?
Yes - every day-trip destination as an hourly booking with the drive in the block, one-way to Montreal, Ottawa and Kingston, and cross-border to Buffalo with the crossing handled.
Do you have larger vehicles?
Two Sprinters travel together for up to twenty-eight; a mini coach seats twenty-four to thirty-two with under-floor bays; a party bus seats twenty to thirty. The desk arranges coaches and party buses through the network.
How far ahead should a Sprinter be booked?
A weekday in the city, a few days; a summer Saturday wine tour, a wedding, TIFF week or a playoff night, weeks - there are fewer Sprinters than sedans and they go first.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.

3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
