Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
North York, the city's second downtown
North York is the former city north of Eglinton and the 401 that Toronto absorbed in 1998 and that still behaves like its own downtown at Yonge and Sheppard: the office towers and condos around Mel Lastman Square and the North York Centre, the Meridian Arts Centre, the Toronto Centre for the Arts, and Yonge Street's Korean and Persian restaurants running north to Finch; Bayview Village and the Bridle Path east of Yonge, York Mills and Hoggs Hollow, the Bayview and Leslie corridors; Yorkdale's luxury mall at the 401 and Allen; Sunnybrook and North York General and Humber River hospitals; the 401 corridor's head offices from Don Mills to Keele; and the Aga Khan Museum and the Ismaili Centre on Wynford Drive. A chauffeured North York booking is a business day across the 401's offices, a medical block at Sunnybrook, a Bridle Path household's standing arrangement, or a Yorkdale shopping afternoon; the pillar page explains the hourly product and this page is the north.

The Yonge corridor and the 401
Yonge Street from the 401 to Steeles is the spine, with the subway beneath it and the towers above; the 401 crosses it as the widest highway in North America, sixteen to eighteen lanes of collectors and express between the 404 and the 427, and the chauffeur's trade secret is which set to be in - the express to pass the 400 and the 404 interchanges, the collectors to exit at Yonge, Bayview or Leslie - and when the 401 is a parking lot, which it is from 7 to 9:30 and 3:30 to 6:30, the parallel routes on Sheppard, Finch and York Mills. Ontario 511 shows the 401's cameras and the desk reads them before every North York booking.
The 401 corridor's head offices
The office parks along the 401 and the 404 - Don Mills and Eglinton's Celestica and Foresters, the Consumers Road and Sheppard East towers, the North York Centre's Procter & Gamble and Xerox buildings on Yonge, the Downsview and Keele industrial lands, the Duncan Mill Road offices - are where a Toronto executive's day is spent when it is not on Bay Street, and the roadshow page plans a day of meetings across them with the 401's timing built in; the corporate account bills monthly and the chauffeur waits in each building's visitor lot. A Pearson-to-North York-to-downtown day is the shape the desk sees most.
Sunnybrook, North York General and the hospitals
Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on Bayview - the Odette Cancer Centre, the trauma centre, the veterans' wing - North York General on Leslie, Humber River on Wilson, and Baycrest on Bathurst: the medical chauffeur page is the product, an hourly block with the chauffeur waiting through the appointment at the M-wing or the Odette entrance, the patient helped to the door, and the same chauffeur booked for a course of treatments across weeks. Sunnybrook's lots are a walk from its entrances and the chauffeured car is at the door.
Chauffeur service in North York is booked by the hour from a three-hour minimum: a sedan, S-Class or SUV with a chauffeur for a business day across the 401 corridor's offices and the Yonge-Sheppard towers, a medical block at Sunnybrook or North York General, a Yorkdale shopping afternoon, a Bridle Path household's standing arrangement or an evening at the Meridian Arts Centre - with the 401's collector-express timing built in. No surge, no meter.
The Bridle Path, Bayview Village and the household car
The Bridle Path's estates between Bayview and Leslie, Bayview Village's streets, Hoggs Hollow and York Mills, the Bayview Avenue shops and the Bayview Village mall: North York's households are the personal chauffeur service's core - the standing Saturday, the Pearson run at 6 am, the school run to Crescent or Havergal or UCC, the evening at the opera downtown, and the Friday to the Muskoka cottage up the 400 from the 401, which starts closer here than from anywhere in the city. The hire-a-driver page prices the day; the desk sets up the standing booking once.
Yorkdale
Yorkdale Shopping Centre at the 401 and the Allen is the city's luxury mall - Holt Renfrew, Nordstrom until it left, the Apple and Tesla and Louis Vuitton and Gucci stores, the Rolex boutique - and a shopping afternoon there is a four-hour block with the car at the valet entrance by Holt's and the bags in the boot; December's Saturdays are the busiest bookings in the north and the mall's site has the hours.
The Meridian Arts Centre, the Aga Khan and the evening
The Meridian Arts Centre on Yonge at Park Home - the George Weston Recital Hall, the Lyric Theatre - is North York's concert hall; the Aga Khan Museum and the Ismaili Centre on Wynford Drive, with their gardens and the museum's concerts, are the cultural evening east of the Don Valley; the Persian and Korean restaurants of Yonge north of Sheppard, and the Bayview Village dining rooms, are the dinner. An evening booking of four hours covers dinner and a concert with the car waiting; the tourist page adds the Aga Khan to a visitor's day.

A North York day, timed (book 8)
7:30 a Bridle Path drive, the S-Class, an executive. 8:00 a head office on Consumers Road, the 401 collectors to the 404. 10:00 North York Centre on Yonge; the car in the Centre's garage. 12:00 lunch at the Granite Club on Bayview. 1:30 Sunnybrook, a board meeting at the research institute. 3:30 Yorkdale, a gift. 4:30 home to the Bridle Path. Eight hours and a quarter; nine billed; the 401 used four times and never at the wrong hour.
The car
The Executive Sedan for the 401 corridor's business day and Sunnybrook; the Mercedes S-Class for the Bridle Path household and the executive; the Luxury SUV for the family, Yorkdale in December and the cottage Friday; the Executive Sprinter for a head office's visiting team or a Granite Club event. The fleet page has capacities.
What it costs
The class hourly rate times the hours, from three, plus HST and the gratuity you set; no surge, no meter; the 401 has no tolls and the 407 is chosen only when it saves the hour. The rates page explains the number and the comparison page the case against a rideshare on the 401 at 5 pm.
Booking North York
By the hour, three to nine hours, with the offices, the hospital or the mall in the notes; Route for Pearson or downtown; a call to the desk for a household's standing arrangement. A business day the evening before; Yorkdale's December Saturdays a week ahead.
Downsview, the Allen and the west of North York
West of Yonge, North York runs to the Humber: Downsview Park and its new neighbourhoods on the former base, the Allen Road from the 401 to Eglinton, Lawrence Manor and Bathurst's Jewish community and its synagogues and schools, Baycrest, the Wilson Avenue and Dufferin industrial lands, York University and its two campuses at Keele and Steeles, and Black Creek Pioneer Village. York University's September move-in and June convocation are the campus routine, in the SUV and the Sprinter; the Bathurst corridor's households are the personal chauffeur service's Saturday - the shul, Bathurst's shops, the school run to the day schools on Bathurst and Wilson - and Baycrest's appointments are the medical block.
The 407 from North York
The 407 runs across the top of North York at Steeles, and for a North York household or office it is the way to Pearson when the 401's cameras show the wall at the 400, to Markham's tech campuses, to Vaughan and to the 400 north for the cottage; it is tolled by the kilometre, the toll is passed through at cost on the invoice when the passenger chooses it, and the chauffeur says when it will save the hour. 407 ETR publishes the rates. A Bridle Path household's Friday to Muskoka, for instance, takes the 407 west from Bayview to the 400 and saves the 401's forty minutes at the 400 interchange every summer weekend; the toll is a small fraction of the hour and the chauffeur suggests it without being asked.
Where the chauffeur waits, more of the list
Bayview Village's Pusateri's and the Bayview Avenue shops; the Toronto Cricket, Skating and Curling Club on Wilson; the Donalda Club on the Don; the Rosedale Golf Club on Mount Pleasant; the Miller Tavern at York Mills; the North York Central Library on Yonge; the Ontario Science Centre's successor sites; the Shops at Don Mills for the open-air Saturday. Each is a lay-by or a drive the chauffeur has used, and the clubs' porte-cochères are the ones the desk's North York regulars are dropped at most often on a weekend.

Pearson from North York. The 401 west from Yonge to the 427 is twenty-five minutes at 5 am and an hour at 8; the chauffeur's rule for a morning flight is the 401 express to the 409 and the Terminal 1 ramp, leaving the Bridle Path or Bayview Village ninety minutes before a domestic flight and two hours before an international one, and the Pearson page has the rest.
North York: questions answered
What is the minimum for a North York booking?
Three hours for a sedan, S-Class or SUV, five for a Sprinter. Three hours covers a Sunnybrook appointment or a Yorkdale afternoon; a business day across the 401 corridor is eight or nine.
Can you take a patient to Sunnybrook or North York General?
Yes - the medical chauffeur booking: an hourly block with the chauffeur waiting at the entrance through the appointment, helping at the door, and the same chauffeur for a course of treatments. Baycrest and Humber River are the same.
Do you cover the head offices along the 401 and the 404?
Yes - a business day across Don Mills, Consumers Road, the North York Centre and the Duncan Mill offices as an as-directed block with the 401's timing built in, on the corporate account.
Can a Bridle Path or Bayview Village household book a standing chauffeur?
Yes - the personal chauffeur service as a standing Saturday, the airport run, the school run or the Muskoka Friday, with the same chauffeur and car and one monthly invoice.
How do you handle the 401 at rush hour?
By knowing which lanes to be in - express to pass the interchanges, collectors to exit - and when to use Sheppard, Finch or York Mills instead. The desk reads Ontario 511's cameras before every booking.
Do you do Yorkdale?
Yes - a four-hour shopping afternoon with the car at the Holt Renfrew valet entrance and the bags in the boot. December Saturdays book a week ahead.
Which car?
The sedan for the business day and the hospital; the S-Class for the household and the executive; the SUV for the family, Yorkdale and the cottage; the Sprinter for a visiting team.
How long to Pearson from North York?
Twenty-five minutes at 5 am, an hour at 8 am on the 401 west to the 427. Leave ninety minutes before a domestic flight and two hours before an international one.

The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
