The same hourly chauffeur in sixteen more cities

Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.

How to reach the desk

By phone on the toll-free line, (833) 931-6688, from anywhere in Canada or the United States; by WhatsApp message or call, WhatsApp +1 647-667-7689; by email at support@torontoblackcarservice.net; by the live chat in the corner of every page, which reaches a person during the day and takes a message at night; or by the reservation engine on every page, which books an hourly car or a transfer in about two minutes and needs no call at all. The desk keeps chauffeur's hours - a dispatcher is reachable around the clock for a booking in progress, a 4 am Pearson run or a change to tomorrow's plan - and a new booking made by phone or email outside office hours is confirmed first thing.

What to have ready

For an hourly booking: the date, the start time, the pick-up address, the hours you expect, the vehicle class, the number of passengers, and a line about the day - the meetings, the venue, the boutiques, the hospital - so the desk can suggest the block and the chauffeur can plan; the pillar page explains what the block covers and the hourly packages the shapes days take. For a transfer: the pick-up, the drop, the time and, for an airport, the flight number and the terminal, which the Pearson page explains. For a wedding: the date, the ceremony's and the reception's venues, the family's addresses, the vehicles you think you need and the organiser's phone; the wedding page has the plan the desk builds. For a corporate account: the company, the billing contact and the travellers; the corporate page has the rest. For another Canadian city: the city, the flight, the hotel and the days; the Canada hub explains the network.

The reservation engine

The engine is the same one the live page has used for years: choose By the hour, the vehicle class, the start time and the hours, and the flat hourly rate and the minimum-block total show before you confirm; choose Route for a flat-rate transfer with the pick-up, the drop and the flight. It sends a trip confirmation by email that is the contract, and until the confirmation arrives a vehicle is not dispatched, as the Terms say. Trouble with the form - a card it will not take, a day it does not fit, a multi-vehicle wedding, a multi-city trip - is a call to the desk, which books it with you and sends the same confirmation.

Confirmations, changes and cancellations

Every booking - by the engine, the phone, the email or the chat - is confirmed by email with the date, the time, the address, the class, the hours, the rate, the chauffeur's name when it is assigned, and the desk's number. A change is a call or an email to the desk and a new confirmation; a change made by text to the chauffeur on the day is honoured for the day's practicalities - the extra stop, the later collection - and reflected on the invoice at the hourly rate. The cancellation deadline is on the confirmation and the Terms print the policy; the desk's practice is to say the deadline aloud when it takes the booking so that nobody reads it for the first time on the invoice.

Contact TorontoBlackCarService.net on the toll-free line (833) 931-6688, WhatsApp on +1 647-667-7689, by email at support@torontoblackcarservice.net, by the live chat on every page, or by the reservation engine on every page, which books an hourly car or a transfer in two minutes; a dispatcher is reachable around the clock for a booking in progress, every booking is confirmed by email, and the confirmation is the contract.

On the day

The chauffeur's plate text arrives before the pickup - the vehicle, the plate, the chauffeur's name and phone - and the chauffeur is at the door, the porte-cochère or the arrivals exit at the booked time; a passenger who is running late texts the chauffeur or calls the desk and the clock, on an hourly booking, simply runs; on a transfer, the waiting rules on the Pearson page apply. Anything on the day that is not as booked - the wrong class, the wrong time, a chauffeur who is not where the text said - is a call to the desk on the toll-free line, and the desk's answer is a vehicle, not an apology.

The desk, for the coordinator

An executive assistant, a travel coordinator or a wedding planner who books for others has the desk's direct line and email, a confirmation copied to the traveller and to them, the chauffeur's name the day before, and, on a corporate account, the monthly invoice by cost centre; the desk's coordinators learn the account's habits within a month and the roadshow page shows the sheet they build together. A planner's multi-vehicle wedding is one confirmation with one organiser's phone getting every plate text, as the Sprinter page describes.

The questions the desk answers most

How much does a chauffeur cost per hour in Toronto: the engine quotes it live for the class and the date, and the rates page explains what moves the number. Can I hire a driver to drive me around for the day: yes, the hire-a-driver page. Is there a minimum: three hours for a sedan, S-Class or SUV, five for a Sprinter. Do you go to Niagara, Muskoka, Montreal: yes, the day-trip pages. Can I book in Vancouver on the same account: yes, the Canada pages. Do you do weddings: yes, the wedding page. Is a rideshare cheaper: sometimes, and the comparison page says when. The FAQ page has forty more.

Where we are

The desk is in Toronto and the fleet is garaged in the city; the hourly clock runs from your door, not from the garage, and garage travel, where it applies to a pickup far from the city, is shown at booking in thirty-minute blocks as the rules say. The areas pages show the seventeen GTA areas the fleet drives daily, from downtown to Hamilton, Newmarket and Oshawa; a pickup beyond them is a call to the desk, which will say what the garage travel is before you confirm.

Feedback, and complaints

A chauffeur who was excellent deserves to be told so, and the desk passes it on; a booking that was not as it should have been deserves the desk's attention the same day, and the Limousine Association International's standards, which the network page explains, include the handling of a complaint. Write to support@torontoblackcarservice.net with the confirmation number and the desk will answer within a business day, which is usually sooner.

Before you call, the pages that answer most calls

The pillar page for what hourly service is and what the block covers; the rates page for what moves the hourly number and the market's published rates for context; the fleet page for which car and how many bags; the Pearson page for the meet and the waiting; the day-trip board for how long Niagara, Muskoka or Montreal takes and what it costs as a day or a flat fare; the areas map for whether the desk drives your door, which in the GTA it does; the Canada hub for the other cities; the Terms for the policy. The desk answers all of it on the phone too, and would rather you called than guessed.

Accessibility, and special requests

A passenger who needs help at the door, a wheelchair that folds into the boot, a child seat, a booster, a dog on a blanket, a chauffeur who speaks a particular language, a female chauffeur, a vehicle with a particular feature: say so at booking and the desk arranges it or says plainly that it cannot; the medical chauffeur page describes the patience the desk's chauffeurs bring to the first of those, and the Ontario accessibility standards the desk works to. A request the desk cannot meet on the day - a wheelchair-accessible van, for instance, which the fleet does not include - is referred to an operator that can, through the same network, with the desk's confirmation and the client's rate; the answer is never simply no. A regular passenger's requests are on file after the first booking and repeated without being asked; the personal chauffeur page describes how the household's preferences travel with the chauffeur, and the same file follows a corporate traveller from booking to booking on the account.

Media, partnerships and the trade

A journalist writing about chauffeured transportation in Toronto, a hotel concierge or a travel agent who wants a trade arrangement, a wedding planner who wants the desk's vehicles on a preferred-supplier list, a corporate travel manager comparing providers, or a chauffeur operator in another city that wants to join the network through the network page: the same email reaches the same desk, and a reply within a business day is the rule. The desk does not buy leads and does not sell them; a client who reaches it through a sister brand, the directory or a concierge gets the same desk and the same confirmation.

Booking, in one line

FAQ

Contact: questions answered

What is the phone number?

The toll-free line is (833) 931-6688 from anywhere in Canada or the US; WhatsApp on +1 647-667-7689. A dispatcher is reachable around the clock for a booking in progress or a 4 am run.

What is the email?

support@torontoblackcarservice.net - for quotes, weddings, corporate accounts, multi-city trips and anything with attachments; answered within a business day, usually sooner.

Do I need to call to book?

No - the reservation engine on every page books an hourly car or a transfer in about two minutes with the rate shown before you confirm. Call for a multi-vehicle wedding, a multi-city trip or a day the form does not fit.

What should I have ready for an hourly booking?

The date, the start time, the pick-up address, the hours you expect, the vehicle class, the passengers, and a line about the day so the desk can suggest the block.

How do confirmations work?

Every booking is confirmed by email with the date, time, address, class, hours, rate, the chauffeur's name when assigned and the desk's number; the confirmation is the contract and a vehicle is not dispatched until it is sent.

How do I change or cancel?

A call or an email to the desk and a new confirmation; the cancellation deadline is on the confirmation and the Terms print the policy. A same-day practicality - an extra stop, a later collection - is a text to the chauffeur.

What happens on the day?

The chauffeur's plate text arrives before the pickup with the vehicle, the plate and the chauffeur's name and phone; anything not as booked is a call to the toll-free line and the answer is a vehicle.

Where are you?

The desk and the fleet are in Toronto; the hourly clock runs from your door, and garage travel for a pickup far from the city is shown at booking in thirty-minute blocks.

How hourly works

Four rules. No small print.

The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.

  • 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
  • 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
  • 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus

3-hour minimum

Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.

The clock runs from your door

Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.

Overtime rounds to the hour

Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.

Waiting is included

Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Toronto & the GTA

Seventeen areas. One hourly rate.

The clock starts at your door whether that door is on Bay Street, in Yorkville, in Oakville or in Newmarket. Pick the area for the local detail - garage time, venues, the roads that matter.
