Choose By the hour in the form for an hourly car (3-hour minimum for sedans and SUVs, 5 for Sprinters), or Route for a flat-rate transfer. The rate shows before you confirm. Trouble with the form? Call (833) 931-6688 (toll-free, 24/7) or message us on WhatsApp and we will book it with you.
The same hourly chauffeur in sixteen more cities
Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
The car that stays with you
The hourly chauffeur is the core; the same cars and the same flat rates cover the airport run, the corporate account, the wedding day and the long drive out of the city.
The Pearson transfer
A Pearson airport limo is a single chauffeured journey between any address in Toronto or the GTA and Toronto Pearson International Airport, priced as a flat fare by address, terminal and vehicle class before the car moves. On an arrival the flight is tracked from departure and the pickup follows the airline's live arrival time; thirty minutes of waiting are included on a domestic arrival and forty-five on an international one, per our terms, counted from the scheduled arrival. On a departure the chauffeur is at the door at the booked time, which the desk works back from the airline's check-in cut-off and the security wait at that hour. No meter, no surge, no gratuity added at the curb.
It is the one product on this site that is not hourly, and it is on this site because it is where most hourly days begin: the visiting principal collected at Terminal 1 and then kept on the clock for the as-directed day; the family met at Terminal 3 and taken on to the hotel and then, by the hour, to dinner. The engine lets you book the transfer as a Route and the rest of the day By the hour on one account, and the comparison page is honest that a single airport run is cheaper as a flat fare than as three hourly hours.

Terminal 1 and Terminal 3
Terminal 1 is Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Rouge, the Star Alliance carriers (United, Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian, Turkish, ANA, Air China and the rest), Emirates and a few others. Terminal 3 is WestJet, American, Delta, British Airways, Air France-KLM, the Middle Eastern and Asian carriers outside Star Alliance, and most charters. The two are linked by the Terminal Link train, which matters for a connection between them but not for a car - the chauffeur simply goes to the right one. The Greater Toronto Airports Authority's site has the current airline-terminal list; the desk checks it when the flight number is entered.
Arrivals: where the chauffeur is
The pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals level of each terminal is where a booked limousine waits - a specific curb, separate from the taxi rank and the ride-app zone, signposted from the arrivals hall. About twenty minutes before the aircraft lands you receive a text with the chauffeur's name, the plate, a photograph of the car and the meeting point; the chauffeur is at the curb before the doors open. If you would rather be met inside, tick meet and greet at booking: the chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall at the meeting point with a name board, takes the luggage and walks you to the car. It is an add-on and it is worth it for a first visit, a parent travelling alone, an unaccompanied teenager, a client you are hosting, or anyone landing at Terminal 1's international hall for the first time and facing the walk.
Departures: the pickup time
Give the flight number and the desk suggests a pickup time: the airline's check-in cut-off, plus security at that hour (the CATSA wait-time page is what the desk watches), plus the drive from your address at that hour, plus a margin. From downtown to Terminal 1 the drive is twenty-five minutes at 5 am and fifty at 5 pm; from Oakville or Markham it is thirty-five and seventy. For an early international departure the chauffeur is outside at 4 am when the apps are empty, which is a large part of why people book. Garage travel for a very early pickup far from the yard is shown at booking in thirty-minute blocks.
A Pearson airport limo is a flat-fare chauffeured transfer between any Toronto or GTA address and YYZ Terminal 1 or 3, priced by address and vehicle class before the car moves. On arrivals the flight is tracked and thirty minutes of waiting are included on domestic flights, forty-five on international; meet-and-greet with a name board is an add-on. The car can then be kept on the clock by the hour for the rest of the day.
The right car for the airport
The mistake is luggage, not passengers. The Executive Sedan takes three passengers with two large suitcases and two carry-ons; a third large case will not fit and cannot legally ride on the seat. A family of four with four cases needs the Luxury SUV, and so does a golfer or a skier with a bag that will not fold. Six or more travelling together are cheaper per seat in the Executive Sprinter than in two cars. The Mercedes S-Class is the airport car for a principal or a client. The engine enforces the limits so the car that arrives can take what you have; the fleet page shows capacities. Child seats - infant, convertible or booster - are fitted at no charge when noted at booking.
What the fare includes, and what it does not
Included: the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, flight tracking, the waiting allowance, help with luggage, bottled water, and the plate text. Shown at booking and paid separately: HST at 13%, the gratuity you set, the 407 toll if you choose that route from the north or east (the 401, the 427 and the Gardiner are free), and the meet-and-greet add-on. Pearson does not levy a fee on pre-arranged limousine pickups. Waiting beyond the allowance is charged per our terms; on a tracked flight it almost never arises because the pickup moves with the aircraft.
Delays, diversions and cancellations
A late flight moves the pickup; there is nothing to do. A very late flight - a red-eye landing at 3 am instead of midnight - is watched by the overnight dispatcher and the chauffeur is re-timed. A diversion to Hamilton, Ottawa or Buffalo is called to you before you have found the airline desk, and the car is re-routed where it can be. A cancelled flight is a free cancellation on our side if we hear before the chauffeur has left; the terms set out the notice window for everything else.
Then keep the car
The reason this page sits on an hourly site: the transfer is the first ride of a day that usually has more. Book the Pearson arrival as a flat-fare Route, and a separate By-the-hour block from the hotel or the office for the rest of the day - the half-day of meetings, the full day, the as-directed executive day - on the same account. Or, for a guest, book the arrival and then the sightseeing day or the shopping day. The transfer is cheaper as a flat fare; the day is cheaper by the hour; the engine lets you do both.
Pearson to everywhere
Flat fares from Pearson to downtown and Yorkville, to Mississauga and Etobicoke beside the airport, to North York, Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill, to Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton, and out to Whitby-Oshawa and Newmarket. And beyond the GTA: Pearson to Niagara Falls, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Barrie, Muskoka and Blue Mountain as one-way flat fares - the city-to-city page explains the pricing. A connection between Pearson and Billy Bishop is one booking with both flight numbers.
Corporate Pearson transfers
For companies the Pearson run is the trip that justifies an account: the flight number on the traveller's profile, the fare on file, the hotel as the default drop-off, the name board for the visiting client, and every trip on the monthly invoice by traveller and cost centre. The corporate accounts page explains the setup and the executive car service page the service.

Booking a Pearson transfer
Choose Route, the class, the address and the terminal, the date, the time and the flight number; tick meet and greet if you want it; confirm the fare. For a 5 am departure book the evening before at the latest; for an arrival, as soon as you have the flight. The plate is texted before the aircraft lands or before the pickup. Or call the desk, any hour.
The Pearson pickup, step by step
The aircraft lands; the flight has been tracked since departure, so the chauffeur left the yard in time. About twenty minutes before touchdown your phone received the chauffeur's name, the plate, a photograph of the car and the meeting point. You clear customs and immigration - CBSA at Terminal 1's international hall on a bad night can take forty minutes, which is why forty-five minutes of waiting are included - collect the bags, and follow the signs for pre-arranged limousine pickup to the arrivals-level curb. The chauffeur is standing at the car. Or, with meet and greet, the chauffeur is inside at the meeting point with a name board before you reach the hall, takes the bags and walks you out. Either way, the fare was fixed before the aircraft left and nothing changes it.
Pearson's terminals and the airport hotels
The Sheraton Gateway is inside Terminal 3; the Marriott, the Hilton, the Alt, the Delta and the rest are on Dixon Road and the airport strip, five to ten minutes from either terminal. A flat fare from any of them to a terminal, or from a terminal to a downtown hotel, is on the engine, and a client meeting at an airport hotel - common for a visitor with a connection - is an hourly block with the terminal at each end.

The chauffeur is not inside the terminal by default. Curbside pickup at the pre-arranged area is what every Pearson fare includes. The name board in the arrivals hall is the add-on called meet and greet. Reading that correctly saves the most common misunderstanding at any airport.
Pearson airport limo: questions answered
How much is a limo from Pearson to downtown Toronto?
A flat fare set by your address, the terminal and the vehicle class, shown before you confirm. It includes flight tracking and the waiting allowance; HST and gratuity are shown separately; the 401, 427 and Gardiner carry no tolls. The rates page explains what moves the number.
How long will the chauffeur wait at Pearson?
Thirty minutes on a domestic arrival and forty-five on an international one, per our terms, counted from the scheduled arrival. Because the flight is tracked, waiting beyond that almost never arises - the pickup moves with the aircraft.
Where do I meet the chauffeur at Pearson?
At the pre-arranged limousine pickup area on the arrivals level of your terminal, signposted from the hall; the plate and the meeting point are texted before you land. With the meet-and-greet add-on, inside the arrivals hall with a name board.
Which terminal is my airline?
Terminal 1 for Air Canada and Star Alliance carriers and Emirates; Terminal 3 for WestJet, American, Delta, British Airways, Air France-KLM and most others. The desk checks the current list when you enter the flight number.
What if my flight is delayed or diverted?
A delay moves the pickup automatically. A diversion is called to you and the car re-routed where possible. A cancellation is a free cancellation on our side if we hear before the chauffeur has left.
Which car for a family with luggage?
The Luxury SUV - five large bags and four carry-ons, up to six passengers, child seats fitted free. A sedan takes two large bags and two carry-ons; a third large case does not fit. Six or more: the Sprinter.
Can I keep the car after the airport pickup?
Yes - book the arrival as a flat-fare Route and a By-the-hour block from the hotel for the rest of the day on the same account. The transfer is cheaper as a flat fare; the day is cheaper by the hour.
Do you serve Billy Bishop and connections between the two airports?
Yes. Billy Bishop has its own page; a connection between Pearson and Billy Bishop is one booking with both flight numbers, timed to the first arrival and the second check-in.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.

- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
