Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
What executive car service is
Executive car service is the corporate version of everything else on this site: chauffeured black cars for a company's people, booked by an assistant or a travel manager against an account, at rates on file, with the day watched by a dispatcher and the month summarised on one invoice. It covers the flat-rate transfer - the visiting principal from Pearson to the Shangri-La, the CFO from the office to Billy Bishop for the 5 pm to Montreal - and the hourly day - the as-directed executive day, the roadshow, the board dinner. The corporate accounts page explains the account; this page explains the service the account buys.

The transfers a Toronto company books
Pearson. The most-booked corporate ride in the city: any GTA address to Terminal 1 or 3 at a flat fare by address and class, the flight tracked on arrivals, thirty minutes of waiting on domestic and forty-five on international per our terms, the chauffeur at the pre-arranged pickup or inside with a name board as an add-on for a first-time visitor or a client. The Pearson page has the terminal detail. Billy Bishop. Ten minutes from King West, a tunnel or a ferry, the Porter flight to Montreal, Ottawa, New York, Boston and Chicago; the Billy Bishop page explains the timing. Across the city and the 905. The office to a client in Mississauga, the hotel to the Convention Centre, the Financial District to a plant in Oakville or a campus in Markham, at a flat fare. City to city. Toronto to Ottawa, Montreal, Kitchener or London one way; the city-to-city page prices it against the hourly alternative.
The hourly days a Toronto company books
The visiting principal's as-directed day in the S-Class, ten hours, nine stops. The roadshow with the deal team in a Sprinter. The board day: directors collected from four hotels, the meeting, lunch, the dinner, the hotels again. The client's day: a customer in from Frankfurt shown the office, the plant, the city and dinner. The offsite: a Sprinter for twelve to a venue in Vaughan or a lodge in Muskoka. The multi-day week for the executive whose visit is a week. Each is an hourly block with the class minimum - three hours for the S-Class, five for the Sprinter - billed as used to the next hour at the rate on file.
The car for an executive
The Mercedes S-Class is the corporate default for a principal or a client: the rear cabin is an office, the ride is quiet enough for a call on the Gardiner, the car at the curb says the right thing. The Executive Sedan is the same service for staff, for the airport run, and for principals who prefer not to be noticed. The Luxury SUV for a principal with security, for winter, or for a group of four to six with luggage. The Executive Sprinter for the deal team, the board, the offsite. Profiles hold each traveller's preferred class so the assistant does not choose each time. The fleet page has the detail.
Executive car service in Toronto is chauffeured black-car transportation for a company's people on a corporate account: flat-rate transfers between Bay Street, Pearson, Billy Bishop and the 905, and hourly executive days in the Mercedes S-Class - booked by an assistant against rates on file, watched by a dispatcher, and summarised on one monthly invoice by traveller and cost centre.
How the account works for the assistant
A profile per traveller: name, mobile, preferred class, home and office addresses, hotel preferences, notes. Bookings by the engine, by email or by phone, referencing the profile; confirmations by email to the assistant and the traveller. A dispatcher's number for the day. Changes by text or phone without re-quoting. The plate texted to the traveller before every pickup. A receipt per trip and a monthly invoice by traveller, cost centre and, where the company uses them, project or client codes, with HST itemised for the input tax credit. The corporate accounts page sets out the terms; the desk sets up the account the same business day.
Duty of care
A company sending its people across a city and through an airport at odd hours has a duty of care, and a black-car account is part of discharging it: a named, licensed chauffeur in a commercially insured, City-plated car, a dispatcher who knows where every car is, a contract for the 5 am Oakville pickup rather than a probability, and a chauffeur who waits at the pre-arranged pickup at Pearson rather than a pin in a garage. The City of Toronto's vehicle-for-hire licensing and Ontario's commercial vehicle rules are the floor; the Limousine Association International's standard is ours.
Cost control
Flat rates on file mean the assistant and the finance team know the cost of a Pearson run or an executive day before it is booked; there is no surge on the 5 pm Friday run and no meter on the Gardiner. The monthly invoice by cost centre replaces a stack of expense claims with screenshots. The engine's two tabs let the assistant price a day both ways - transfers versus an hourly block - and choose the cheaper; the rates page explains the hourly number and volume accounts carry negotiated rates applied automatically. Against ride-app trips expensed individually, a black-car account is typically cheaper for the executive day and dearer for the single off-peak ride, and the comparison page is candid about both.
Toronto's corporate geography
Bay Street's towers and their loading bays; the hotels' car-service entrances - the Ritz-Carlton on Wellington, the Shangri-La and St. Regis on Adelaide, the Four Seasons on Yorkville Avenue, the Fairmont Royal York on Front; the Metro Toronto Convention Centre's Front Street lay-by; the tech and pharma campuses in Mississauga, Markham and Vaughan; the manufacturing in Oakville, Brampton and Whitby-Oshawa; the universities; the airports. The downtown area page has the loading-bay list and every area page the local detail. A chauffeur who knows all of it is what an executive account buys.
Executive car service across Canada
The same account books the same standard for the same traveller in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and twelve more cities through vetted network operators, and in fifty-nine countries through the worldwide network, with one desk and one invoice. The Canada hub explains how the standard travels; the network page the relationships.
Events, conferences and the company's calendar
The AGM, the analyst day, the conference at the Convention Centre, the holiday party, the client night in the suite at Scotiabank Arena: each is an hourly booking or a set of transfers on the account, planned by the desk from the programme. The events page covers venue logistics and the sports and concerts page the suite night.
Opening an account
Email the desk with the company name, the billing contact and the first traveller's profile; the account, the rates on file and the invoicing terms follow the same business day. No minimum volume; no monthly fee; negotiated rates from a volume threshold. The first booking can be the same day.
The corporate traveller's Pearson, in detail
Terminal 1 for Air Canada, Star Alliance and most international; Terminal 3 for WestJet, American, British Airways and the rest. Departures: the chauffeur drops at the airline's door on the departures level, working back from the airline's check-in cut-off and the security wait - the Pearson page has the timing for each hour. Arrivals: the pre-arranged pickup area on the arrivals level at each terminal, or inside at the meeting point with a name board as the meet-and-greet add-on; the plate and the meeting point are texted before the aircraft lands. Connecting between Pearson and Billy Bishop for a Porter leg: one booking with both flight numbers. A visiting principal's arrival is the first impression the company makes in Toronto, and a chauffeur with a name board at the right door is worth the add-on.
The executive assistant's checklist
The traveller's profile complete: mobile, class, addresses, hotel. The flight number on every airport booking. The hourly block booked from the last drop-off backwards, plus an hour. A second contact for the day. The dispatcher's number saved. The confirmation forwarded to the traveller. That is the whole of it; the corporate accounts page has the account terms and the as-directed page the loading bays.
Ground transportation in the company's travel policy
Many Toronto companies write chauffeured ground transportation into the travel policy for principals, for client-facing travel, for early and late airport runs, and for any trip where the traveller's safety or time justifies it, with ride-apps for the rest. A black-car account with rates on file makes that policy enforceable: the assistant books within it, the invoice shows compliance by cost centre, and the finance team sees the executive day as one line rather than nine. The Association of Corporate Travel Executives and the Global Business Travel Association publish duty-of-care guidance that most policies now follow.
Peak weeks on the corporate calendar
TIFF in September, when every car in the city is booked and hotel car-service entrances are marshalled; Collision and the other June conferences at the Convention Centre; the PDAC mining convention in March, the largest in the world, with forty thousand delegates and a Sprinter shortage; the Grey Cup and playoff nights; the December client-dinner season. The desk holds vehicles for account clients on those weeks in advance, and the assistant who books TIFF in July is the assistant whose principal has a car.

The assistant is the client. Executive car service is judged by the person who books it, not the person who rides in it - by whether the confirmation came quickly, the plate text came on time, the change at 4 pm was taken without fuss and the invoice reconciled without a call. The desk is built for the assistant; the chauffeur is built for the executive.
Executive car service: questions answered
What does an executive car service account include?
Traveller profiles with preferred class and addresses, hourly and transfer rates on file, bookings by the assistant by engine, email or phone, a dispatcher for the day, the plate texted before every pickup, and one monthly invoice by traveller and cost centre with HST itemised.
How are Pearson transfers priced on account?
As a flat fare by address and class, with the flight tracked on arrivals, thirty minutes of waiting on domestic and forty-five on international per our terms, and meet-and-greet inside the terminal as an add-on. The fare is on file so the assistant knows it before booking.
Which car is standard for an executive?
The Mercedes S-Class for a principal or a client; the Executive Sedan for staff, airport runs and principals who prefer discretion; the Luxury SUV for security or winter; the Sprinter for a team or a board. Profiles hold each traveller's preference.
Can the account cover other Canadian cities?
Yes - Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Edmonton and eleven more through vetted network operators on the same account, plus fifty-nine countries through the worldwide network, with one desk and one invoice.
Is there a minimum volume or a monthly fee?
No. Accounts open with the first traveller's profile and carry no fee; negotiated rates apply automatically from a volume threshold. The account can be opened and used the same business day.
How does a black-car account compare with expensed ride-app trips?
Cheaper for the executive day and the roadshow, dearer for the single off-peak ride, and always predictable - flat rates on file, no surge, no meter, one invoice by cost centre instead of a stack of claims. The comparison page prices real days both ways.
Can the assistant change a booking during the day?
Yes, by text or phone to the dispatcher, without re-quoting; the confirmation is re-issued by email each time so there is a record. Extending a block, changing the class or adding a second car are routine.
What about duty of care?
A named, licensed chauffeur in a commercially insured, City-plated car; a dispatcher who knows where every car is; a contract for the 5 am pickup rather than a probability; and the Limousine Association International's conduct standard. The account is part of discharging it.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.
- 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
- 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
