Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
Banff, on the Toronto account
Banff is the Toronto account's Rockies: the national park an hour and a half west of Calgary on the Trans-Canada, the townsite under Cascade Mountain, the Fairmont Banff Springs' castle above the Bow, the Chateau Lake Louise on its glacier lake forty minutes further, Moraine Lake's ten peaks, the three ski hills - Sunshine, Lake Louise and Norquay - the Icefields Parkway's three hours to Jasper past the Columbia Icefield, and the Banff Centre's and the Springs' conferences and weddings that bring the account's delegations and families west. A client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour in Toronto lands at YYC and finds the same thing waiting through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network's vetted Calgary and Banff operators: the transfer to the park as a flat fare, the multi-day booking with the chauffeur staying for the week, the same three-hour minimum for a day in the park, the same meet, one invoice. The Calgary page covers the city end; the Canada hub explains the network; this page is the park.

YYC to Banff: the transfer
The transfer is the Banff booking: a hundred and forty-five kilometres and ninety minutes from YYC across the city on Stoney Trail and west on the Trans-Canada through Cochrane's foothills and Canmore's mountain town to the park gate and the townsite - two hours to Lake Louise, two and a half in a snowfall or on a summer Saturday when the park's day-use traffic backs up at the gate. The local chauffeur meets a Toronto arrival at YYC with the plate and the name, thirty minutes' waiting on a domestic flight and forty-five on an international one included, as the Pearson page describes, the ski gear and the bags go into the SUV or the Sprinter, the park pass is on the vehicle, and the family is at the Springs' porte-cochère while the coach passengers are still at the terminal; the flat fare is quoted by the desk, the SUV has winter tyres from October, and 511 Alberta is the dispatcher's screen for the Trans-Canada's and the park's closures.
The mountain week, with the chauffeur staying
A family's or a corporate group's ski week is the multi-day booking - the same chauffeur and vehicle for the week, the per-diem and the accommodation on the confirmation - and its shape in Banff is the morning drop at Sunshine's gondola base or Lake Louise's or Norquay's with the gear, the day free, the afternoon collection, the evening's restaurant on Banff Avenue or at the Springs with the car waiting, a day off the hills to Lake Louise and the Chateau or to Canmore, and the transfer back to YYC on the last morning; the three hills are twenty to forty-five minutes apart and the chauffeur's value is the daily choice between them by the snow report. The Blue Mountain page's gear rules apply; Banff & Lake Louise Tourism has the seasons and the hills' hours.
The Springs, the Chateau and the hotels
The Fairmont Banff Springs on Spray Avenue above the Bow Falls, with its porte-cochère and its golf course and its Willow Stream spa; the Rimrock on Sulphur Mountain by the hot springs and the gondola; the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise on the lake's shore; the Post Hotel and the Deer Lodge at Lake Louise; the Moose Hotel, the Mount Royal and the Elk + Avenue on Banff Avenue; the Buffalo Mountain Lodge on Tunnel Mountain; and, in summer, the Num-Ti-Jah Lodge on Bow Lake up the Parkway: the Toronto account's family stays at the Springs or the Chateau, the local chauffeur knows each drive as the Toronto chauffeur knows the Four Seasons', and an evening booking of three to four hours covers dinner on Banff Avenue or at the Springs' 1888 Chop House with the car waiting.
Chauffeur service to and in Banff and Lake Louise is booked through the Toronto desk on the same account and standard: the YYC-to-Banff transfer on the Trans-Canada as a flat fare in the SUV or Sprinter with the gear and the park pass, the ski or summer week as a multi-day booking with the same vetted local chauffeur staying, a day in the park - Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, the gondola, the Icefields Parkway - from a three-hour minimum, the same flat hourly rate, and one invoice with the Toronto bookings.
Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and the park's day
Lake Louise's turquoise under the Victoria Glacier and the Chateau's lakeshore, the Lake Agnes teahouse hike, Moraine Lake's Valley of the Ten Peaks - closed to private cars since 2023 and reached by Parks Canada's shuttle or a commercial operator's vehicle with a permit, which the network's Banff operator holds - the Banff Gondola's Sulphur Mountain summit and the Upper Hot Springs, the Bow Valley Parkway's wildlife at dawn, Johnston Canyon's catwalks and its winter ice walk, the Vermilion Lakes and the Cave and Basin, the Whyte Museum and the Banff Park Museum, and Canmore's and Kananaskis's trails and its Nordic Centre: a six- to nine-hour tourist day in the SUV with the local chauffeur's order - Moraine at 7 before the light goes flat, Louise at 9, the teahouse if the family walks, the gondola at 2, the hot springs at 4 - and the car waiting at each; Parks Canada's day-use rules and the Moraine Lake permit are the operator's, and the summer Saturday's gate queue is the reason for the 7 am start.
The Icefields Parkway, and Jasper
The Icefields Parkway's two hundred and thirty kilometres from Lake Louise to Jasper - Bow Lake and the Crowfoot Glacier, Peyto Lake's lookout, the Columbia Icefield and the Athabasca Glacier's Ice Explorer and Skywalk, the Sunwapta and Athabasca Falls, the elk in Jasper's townsite - is the summer's drive, three hours without stops and a day with them, and a Toronto family's Banff-to-Jasper one-way with the stops is the multi-day booking's middle day or a flat fare the desk quotes with the city-to-city page's rules; the Parkway closes in winter storms and has no services for two hundred kilometres, the SUV carries what the Muskoka page calls the cottage-run kit, and the Edmonton page is the Jasper end's airport four hours further.
The Banff Centre, the Springs' conference and the wedding
The Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity on Tunnel Mountain - its conferences, its leadership programs, its summer festival - and the Fairmont Banff Springs' and the Chateau Lake Louise's meetings and incentive trips bring the Toronto account's delegations west in Sprinters from YYC as a group booking, with the week's excursions and the transfers on one confirmation; and the Springs' and the Chateau's weddings, with the ceremony on the Springs' terrace or at the Chateau's lakeshore and the photographs at Lake Louise or the Vermilion Lakes, are the wedding page's plan with the Calgary operator's stretch limousine or S-Class for the couple, the Sprinters bringing the guests from YYC and the Calgary hotels, and the send-off; booked months ahead, the Springs' and the Chateau's summer Saturdays a year.

A Banff week, in outline
Saturday 11:30 YYC, the Sprinter, a Toronto family of six off the 9:00 from Pearson, the ski bags; the meet at domestic arrivals. 1:15 the Springs' porte-cochère by the Trans-Canada, a stop at the Canmore lookout. Sunday to Thursday: the 8:00 drop at Sunshine's or Lake Louise's base by the snow report, the 3:30 collection, the Wednesday off the hills to Lake Louise's ice walk and the Chateau's lunch, the evenings on Banff Avenue and at the Springs with the car waiting, the Thursday's hot springs at dusk. Friday 9:30 the Springs; 11:15 YYC for the 1:30 to Pearson. One confirmation, one invoice, the same chauffeur, the per-diem and the accommodation on the sheet, and the multi-day page's sizing rule applied by the desk.
The car
The network operator's fleet in the same classes: the Luxury SUV for the family's transfer with the gear, the park's day, the Moraine permit and the Trans-Canada's winter; the Executive Sprinter for the family of six and more, the conference delegation and the wedding's guests, with the ski rack; the Mercedes S-Class for the couple and the executive; the Executive Sedan for a summer transfer. Every vehicle has winter tyres from October. The fleet page has the Toronto classes and the desk confirms the vehicle on the booking.
What it costs
The YYC-to-Banff or Lake Louise transfer as a flat fare by class, quoted by the Toronto desk and including the park pass; the week as the operator's class hourly rate times the hours booked plus the per-diem and accommodation on the confirmation, or a day in the park from three hours; billed with the Toronto bookings on the account's monthly invoice, plus Alberta's GST only and the gratuity you set; no surge, no meter, no tolls, and the Moraine Lake permit and the gondola's and the Icefield's tickets the visitor's. The rates page explains the Toronto number; the corporate accounts page the one-invoice arrangement.
Booking Banff
A call or an email to the Toronto desk with the flight, the hotel and the week - the travel desk builds the mountain week, the hills' choice and the Moraine morning - or the booker with YYC as the pick-up and Banff or Lake Louise as the drop; the desk confirms the local operator, the vehicle and the chauffeur's name the day before, and the plate text arrives at the YYC meet. Christmas week and the February school breaks in September; the summer's Moraine mornings and the Springs' wedding Saturdays months ahead; a conference's Sprinters with the conference's own booking.

Moraine Lake's rule. Since 2023 the road to Moraine Lake is closed to private vehicles from June to October and the lake is reached by Parks Canada's shuttle, by bicycle or by a commercial operator holding a permit; the network's Banff operator holds one, which means the Toronto family in the SUV is at the lakeshore at 7 for the light while the rental-car family is in the shuttle queue at the Lake Louise park-and-ride. It is the single best argument for the chauffeured week in the park.
Banff: questions answered
Is Banff on the same account as Toronto?
Yes - the Toronto desk books the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network's vetted Calgary and Banff operators on the same account: the YYC transfer as a flat fare, the week as a multi-day booking, a day in the park from the three-hour minimum, and one monthly invoice with the Toronto bookings.
How long is the YYC-to-Banff transfer?
Ninety minutes for a hundred and forty-five kilometres on Stoney Trail and the Trans-Canada, two hours to Lake Louise, two and a half in a snowfall or at the summer Saturday's gate queue. The local chauffeur meets the arrival at YYC with waiting included and the park pass is on the vehicle.
How does the ski week work?
As a multi-day booking with the same chauffeur and vehicle: the morning drop at Sunshine, Lake Louise or Norquay by the snow report, the afternoon collection, the evenings with the car waiting, a day off the hills to the Chateau or Canmore, and the YYC transfer back. The three hills are twenty to forty-five minutes apart.
Can you get us to Moraine Lake?
Yes - the road is closed to private cars from June to October and the network's Banff operator holds the commercial permit, so the SUV is at the lakeshore at 7 for the light while the rental-car visitors queue for the shuttle.
Do you do the Icefields Parkway to Jasper?
Yes - the two hundred and thirty kilometres with the stops at Peyto, the Columbia Icefield and the falls as the week's middle day or a Banff-to-Jasper flat fare; it closes in winter storms and has no services, and the Edmonton page is the Jasper end's airport.
Do you do conferences and weddings at the Springs and the Chateau?
Yes - a delegation's Sprinters from YYC with the excursions on one confirmation, and a wedding with the Calgary operator's stretch limousine or S-Class for the couple, Sprinters for the guests and the send-off. The summer Saturdays book a year ahead.
What does it cost?
The YYC transfer as a flat fare by class including the park pass; the week as the operator's hourly rate times the hours plus the per-diem and accommodation; a day from three hours; billed on the account's monthly invoice plus GST only and the gratuity you set. No surge, no meter, no tolls.
Which car?
The SUV for the family's transfer with the gear and the park's day; the Sprinter for six and more, a delegation or a wedding's guests; the S-Class for the couple; the sedan for a summer transfer. Winter tyres from October on every vehicle.

3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
