Reserve an evening chauffeur
Choose By the hour in the form for an hourly car (3-hour minimum for sedans and SUVs, 5 for Sprinters), or Route for a flat-rate transfer. The rate shows before you confirm. Trouble with the form? Call (833) 931-6688 (toll-free, 24/7) or message us on WhatsApp and we will book it with you.
The same hourly chauffeur in sixteen more cities
Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
Why the evening is the hourly product's best case
Toronto's evening has four rides in it and the fourth is the problem. Dinner is easy to get to. The theatre is a short hop. The bar after is a walk or a short ride. The ride home - from the Entertainment District at midnight on a Saturday, from a gala at Casa Loma at eleven, from Scotiabank Arena when the game ends - is the one where the app surges, the pin is a block away in a crowd of two thousand people who all had the same idea, the taxi rank is empty and the night's good mood goes to the curb.
An evening chauffeur books the whole night as one block - three hours minimum for a sedan or SUV, five is the usual - and the car is outside every door: the restaurant, the theatre, the bar, and at the end, the venue, with the engine warm and the coats in the back. The last ride costs what the first did, because the rate is by the hour and nothing on an hourly booking is priced by demand. The comparison page prices the four-ride evening both ways; the rates page explains the hourly number.

The Toronto evenings this is built for
Dinner and the opera or the ballet. Yorkville or Queen West at 6:30, the Four Seasons Centre at 7:30 - the pickup after is on Queen at University, and the chauffeur is on the north side before the applause ends - a drink at the Library Bar or Bar Raval, home to Forest Hill at midnight. Five hours.
Dinner and Mirvish. Something on King West at 6, the Princess of Wales or the Royal Alexandra at 8, which let out onto King into the thickest crowd in the city, and a chauffeur who has the car on Pearl Street rather than in the crowd. Home at 11. Four to five hours.
Roy Thomson Hall and Massey Hall. The TSO, a TIFF gala, a touring act. Roy Thomson's pickup is Simcoe Street; Massey's is Shuter, where the taxi rank is a rumour at 10:30 pm. Dinner before at Canoe or Richmond Station; home after. Four hours.
The gala. Casa Loma, the Royal Ontario Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Carlu, the Fairmont Royal York's Imperial Room, the Liberty Grand. A black car on the drive at eleven when the valet line is forty deep. Four to six hours, and the events page covers the venue detail for each.
The concert or the game. Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, BMO Field, Budweiser Stage, History on the Danforth, the Danforth Music Hall. The sports and concerts page plans the venue exit, which is the whole trick.
The birthday and the anniversary. Dinner somewhere that matters, a drive along the lake, a drink somewhere high - the Bisha rooftop, the One Eighty - home. The Mercedes S-Class or, for the night that is meant to be noticed, the stretch limousine; the limo service page covers the stretch.
The late flight in. A partner landing at Pearson at 9 pm on a Friday, collected in the car that then takes both of you to a late dinner and home. The flight number goes in the notes on an hourly booking and the pickup follows the airline's live arrival time.
How the evening is booked and billed
Choose By the hour, the class, the start address and the start time; enter the hours - dinner and a show is five, dinner alone with the drive home is three, the gala is five or six - and confirm the rate shown. Put the addresses in the notes if you know them: the restaurant, the venue, the bar. The chauffeur texts the plate before the start, is at the door on time, and waits at each stop. Overtime rounds to the next hour at the same rate; if the night runs to 1:30 instead of 1, that is one more hour, not a late-night premium, because there is no late-night premium.
Where garage travel applies - a 2 am finish in Oakville or Whitby - it is shown at booking in thirty-minute blocks; a downtown, midtown or Leaside evening at any hour does not carry it.
An evening chauffeur in Toronto is an hourly booking - usually four to six hours - with one car and one licensed chauffeur waiting outside the restaurant, the theatre, the bar and the venue, and the ride home at 1 am billed at the same flat hourly rate as 7 pm. Three-hour minimum for a sedan or SUV; no surge, no late-night premium.
The venue exits, which is where the evening is won
Anyone can drive to a theatre. The skill is the pickup after, when eighteen hundred people leave one building at once. The Four Seasons Centre lets out on Queen and on University; the chauffeur waits on Queen west of University, on the north side, where a car can stand for three minutes. The Princess of Wales and the Royal Alex let out onto King; the car is on Pearl or on Simcoe, a hundred metres away and out of the crush, and the chauffeur texts "Pearl Street, silver plate, north side". Roy Thomson Hall is Simcoe Street. Massey Hall is Shuter at Victoria. Scotiabank Arena is the Bay Street side south of Front for a car booked to wait, not the Union Station side. The Rogers Centre is Bremner or Blue Jays Way depending on the gate. Casa Loma is the drive itself, and the chauffeur is in the queue before the last speech. Budweiser Stage is Lake Shore at the Ex, and the car is on the north side of the lot exit by the encore. Every one of these is learned by doing it, and every chauffeur on an evening booking has.
The right car for the evening
The Executive Sedan for two, or three at a squeeze, for a dinner and a show. The Mercedes S-Class for the anniversary, the client, the evening that is about arriving. The Luxury SUV for four to six - two couples to dinner and the theatre, a family to the Nutcracker, friends to the game. The Executive Sprinter for a party of seven to twelve - the office holiday dinner, the birthday with everyone, the bachelor or bachelorette night - from five hours, one vehicle instead of three, everyone leaving together. The stretch limousine for the night that is meant to be seen, from three hours. The fleet page has the detail.
Drinking, and why this is the responsible car
The whole point of an evening chauffeur is that nobody in the party drives. Ontario's drinking and driving penalties are severe and correctly so; a car that waits through dinner and the bar and takes everyone home is the simplest way to make sure the night's only decision is what to order. Alcohol may not be consumed in a sedan or SUV under Ontario's Liquor Licence and Control Act - it is a motor vehicle - and our terms treat it accordingly; the stretch limousine's bar console is for the vehicles licensed for it. The chauffeur will carry the bottle of wine you were given at dinner home in the boot, unopened.
A late-night pickup without the evening
Some clients book the evening chauffeur for one ride only: the 1 am pickup from a party in Vaughan or a wedding in Milton when nothing else will come. That is a flat-rate Route transfer, not an hourly booking, and the engine prices it that way, garage travel included where it applies. The difference from a ride-app is that it is a contract, made at 2 pm, and the car is there at 1 am whatever the demand.
The evening out of the city
Dinner in Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Shaw Festival, a Stratford evening performance, dinner at Langdon Hall in Cambridge, the casino at Rama with a show, a concert at Budweiser Stage that starts with dinner in Liberty Village: all are evening bookings that stretch the block to six or eight hours because of the drive, and all of them are the kind of evening where the drive home is exactly what nobody wants to do. The day-trip board gives the drive time and the Stratford page covers the evening-performance version specifically.
Corporate evenings
The client dinner, the board dinner, the awards night, the holiday party: all are hourly bookings on account, one line on the monthly invoice, with the added convenience that the chauffeur can take a guest home to Oakville after taking the host home to Rosedale, on the same block. The events page covers the gala logistics and the corporate accounts page the invoicing.
Booking notice
A weekday evening sedan can usually be booked the same day. A Saturday, a Sprinter, a stretch, or anything in TIFF week, on a playoff night or on New Year's Eve needs a week or more; the desk will say honestly what the engine shows for the date. For the evening that matters - the proposal, the fortieth, the client from Tokyo - book it the day you make the dinner reservation.

The evening the chauffeur remembers. Give the chauffeur the running order - "dinner till 8:15, show ends 10:30, one drink after" - and the text updates take care of themselves. Tell the desk if there is a proposal, a surprise or a birthday cake in the boot; a chauffeur can be a very good accomplice.
Evening & late-night chauffeur: questions answered
How many hours should I book for dinner and a show?
Five is the usual: dinner at 6:30 or 7, the performance at 8 or 8:30, a drink after, home by midnight. Dinner alone with the drive home is three, the minimum for a sedan or SUV; a gala is five or six.
Is there a late-night surcharge?
No. The hourly rate is the same at 1 am as at 7 pm, and overtime rounds to the next hour at that rate. Garage travel may apply to a very late finish far from the yard - Oakville or Whitby at 2 am - and is shown at booking.
Where will the chauffeur be when the show ends?
At the venue's practical pickup point, a hundred metres from the crush, with a text telling you exactly where - Pearl Street for the King Street theatres, Queen west of University for the Four Seasons Centre, Simcoe for Roy Thomson Hall.
Can we drink in the car?
Not in a sedan, SUV or Sprinter - Ontario's liquor laws treat them as motor vehicles and our terms follow. The stretch limousine's bar console is for the vehicles licensed for it. The chauffeur will carry an unopened bottle home in the boot.
Can the chauffeur take guests home to different places?
Yes. Dropping the host in Rosedale and a guest in Oakville on the same block is what the hourly product is for; the clock runs until the last drop-off.
Which car for a party of eight going to dinner?
The Executive Sprinter, from five hours - one vehicle, everyone together, one pickup after. Four to six is the Luxury SUV; two or three is the Executive Sedan or the S-Class.
Can I book just the ride home at 1 am?
Yes, as a flat-rate transfer rather than an hourly booking. It is a contract made in the afternoon and honoured at 1 am whatever the demand; garage travel applies where the pickup is far from the yard.
How far ahead should I book an evening?
A weekday sedan the same day is usually fine. A Saturday, a Sprinter or stretch, TIFF week, a playoff night or New Year's Eve: a week or more. For the evening that matters, book when you make the dinner reservation.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.
- 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
- 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
