When people search for a sprinter van for hire in Toronto, a Mercedes Sprinter rental with driver, a luxury Sprinter van in Toronto or just a Sprinter limo, they usually want one of two things: a comfortable vehicle that moves a group together, or a vehicle that impresses the group it moves. We have one of each. The Executive Sprinter seats twelve in forward-facing seats with a rear luggage bay; the Jet Sprinter seats seven in private-jet style captain's chairs, with wood and leather, a screen, mood lighting and room to stand. Both are Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, and both come with a City-licensed, suited chauffeur.

Let us be plain about one thing first: we do not rent Sprinters without a driver. If you want to rent a Mercedes Sprinter and drive it yourself - for a move, a road trip or a band tour with your own driver - you need a vehicle rental company, not us. What we sell is the van, the chauffeur, the fuel, the insurance and the dispatcher, by the hour.

Executive Sprinter or Jet Sprinter

The two vans answer different questions. The Executive Sprinter is about capacity: the most people, with luggage, at the lowest cost per seat. The Jet Sprinter is about the room: seven people facing each other in deep chairs, able to talk, work or celebrate on the move - a limo sprinter van in the true sense, without the bar.

Why chauffeured only

A Sprinter carrying passengers for hire in Toronto is a vehicle-for-hire, and the person driving it is working under the City of Toronto's vehicle-for-hire rules, with commercial passenger insurance on the van. That is the product: a professional who knows that the Gardiner is closed on a Sunday in summer, where a high-roof van can and cannot stop on King Street, and how long it takes to unload twelve people at a winery. Our chauffeurs are Toronto-based and suited. Renting a van and asking a friend to drive is a different thing - cheaper, and entirely legitimate for a move or a camping trip - but it is not something we offer.

The five-hour minimum, and what it buys

Both Sprinters book from five hours. The clock runs from your door to the last drop-off; overtime is charged at the same rate to the next full hour, and garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks. Five hours covers a gala night with the van waiting, an airport arrival followed by a run of hotel drops, or a half-day of site visits. A Niagara-on-the-Lake wine day is usually nine or ten hours; a concert night, five or six.

The per-seat maths

The Sprinter is priced per vehicle, so the cost per person falls as the van fills. These figures use the hourly ranges quoted by the engine on 8 October 2026, before HST and gratuity, divided across a full van:

The honest reading: the Executive Sprinter is the cheapest chauffeured seat in the fleet for a group; the Jet Sprinter costs about twice as much per seat and is chosen for the cabin, not the price. For a group of seven who simply need to get somewhere, two Business SUVs at $175-$210 an hour each can come in lower than the Jet - but two vehicles means two conversations. Who hires the Jet Sprinter

Corporate teams and boards

A board of seven collected from four hotels and taken to the meeting, lunch and dinner; a deal team between Bay Street meetings during a roadshow; a client team flown into Pearson and shown the city. The captain's chairs face each other, so the van becomes a meeting room on the 401. On a corporate account it is a line on the monthly invoice.

Bands, artists and touring crews

A band of five with a manager and a tour photographer, moving between a downtown hotel, a soundcheck and a show at Scotiabank Arena or Rogers Stadium, and on to the after-party. The Jet seats seven with five large bags; instruments beyond a guitar or two need the Executive Sprinter or a separate gear vehicle, and the desk will say which. Bridal parties

The bridesmaids and the bride from the getting-ready suite to the ceremony, the photographs and the reception, with seven people able to sit without crushing a dress. A day at Niagara Falls or a Niagara-on-the-Lake wine tour: about 130 km and an hour and three-quarters each way from downtown, four wineries, lunch, the Falls at dusk and home. Sprinter limo, stretch limo or party bus

A Sprinter limo in our fleet means the Jet Sprinter: standing room, captain's chairs, seven seats, luggage space, a sober and comfortable ride. Stretch limousines, stretch SUVs and party buses are vetted partner vehicles, booked, invoiced and supported by us. In every vehicle we book, there is no alcohol on board: sealed purchases ride in the trunk and nothing is opened or consumed in the vehicle, in line with Ontario's Liquor Licence and Control Act.

On board

Seatbelts for everyone, no smoking, no standing while the van is moving - the room to stand is for getting in and out with dignity, not for the Gardiner. Water and chargers are in the van. Child seats and toddler seats are $25 each, selected in the booker. Pets travel with prior approval. Winter tyres go on from November. Mercedes Sprinter rental with driver: what the hourly rate includes

When you rent a Mercedes Sprinter with a driver from us, the hourly rate covers the van, the chauffeur, fuel, commercial insurance and the dispatcher who watches the road and your schedule. Waiting is part of the clock: if the van sits outside a restaurant on Ossington for two hours while the table finishes, those are two of your hours, not an extra charge on top. What is not included is shown at booking: 13% HST, gratuity, the 407 only if you choose that route, and parking where a venue charges for a high-roof van. Child seats are $25 each. There is no fuel surcharge added afterwards and no per-kilometre charge on an hourly booking inside the day you booked.

Airport groups in a Sprinter

A team of seven landing from London on the same flight, a band arriving for a two-night run, a wedding party flying in from Vancouver: one Sprinter at the Pearson arrivals instead of three cars arriving at different times. The flight is tracked, and the free waiting is 30 minutes on domestic arrivals and 45 minutes on international, from the actual landing. Add meet and greet and the chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a sign, then walks the group to the van. A one-way transfer is a flat fare; an arrival followed by hotel drops, lunch and a site visit is an hourly booking from five hours.

Across the GTA and out of the city

The same hourly rate applies from anywhere in the areas we serve, with garage travel shown at booking in 30-minute blocks where an early start is far from the yard. The Sprinters go wherever the day goes: Muskoka for an offsite, Prince Edward County for a wine weekend, Blue Mountain for a team ski day, Buffalo for a Bills game with every passport handed over at the bridge.
