Corporate chauffeur service in Toronto: the account, the roadshow, the visiting executive and the same standard in every Canadian city

- Yours by the hour
- Flat hourly rate
- Toronto-based chauffeurs

The same hourly chauffeur in sixteen more cities
Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
The corporate booking, in one product
A company's chauffeured transportation in Toronto is nine things that the same hourly product handles: the executive's as-directed day across the Financial District's towers with the car waiting on Wellington between meetings; the investor roadshow of six meetings across Bay Street, the 401 corridor and Mississauga's head offices with a minute-by-minute sheet; the visiting executive's multi-day week from the Pearson meet to the last dinner; the conference delegation's Sprinter at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre; the client golf day at Glen Abbey or the client night at Scotiabank Arena; the executive car service's standing arrangement for the CEO; the city-to-city day to Kitchener-Waterloo or Ottawa; the cross-border trip to Buffalo or Detroit; and the same account, standard and invoice in sixteen Canadian cities through the network. This page is the hub for all of them, and the corporate accounts page is the account itself.

The account
A corporate account is set up once by the desk - the company, the billing contact, the travellers, the cost centres, the preferred vehicle class, the standing instructions - and from then on any authorised traveller books by the engine or the desk without a card, every booking is confirmed by email to the traveller and the coordinator, and the month's bookings arrive on one invoice by cost centre with the hours, the classes, the gratuities and the HST itemised. The corporate accounts page has the set-up, the billing and the reporting; the account's travellers get the same chauffeurs as often as the schedule allows, and the desk's coordinators learn the account's habits - the tower entrances, the hotel, the flight patterns - within a month.
The executive's day
The as-directed booking is the corporate product most accounts use most: the S-Class or the sedan from the executive's door or the hotel at 7:30, the car on Wellington, Adelaide or Bay between meetings, moved on a text, the lunch at Canoe or the Toronto Club, the afternoon's meetings, the airport at 4:30 with the bags already loaded - six to ten hours at the flat hourly rate with every wait and every stop included, and the downtown page has the tower entrances by name. A Pearson-to-Bay-Street-to-Mississauga-to-Pearson day is the same booking with the Mississauga page's head offices in it.
The roadshow
An investor roadshow, an analyst day, a management team's tour of six offices or a supplier's day across the 401's plants is the roadshow page's booking: the sheet built with the coordinator the week before - the meetings, the buildings, the entrances, the drive times, the buffers - the chauffeur briefed on it, the car positioned before each meeting ends, the lunch fitted, the day run to the minute and the sheet revised by text when a meeting runs long. A two-city roadshow - Toronto on Monday, Montreal on Tuesday - is the same sheet with the network's Montreal operator on the second day and one invoice for both.
Corporate chauffeur service in Toronto is booked by the hour on a corporate account: a sedan, S-Class, SUV or Sprinter with a licensed chauffeur from a three-hour minimum at a flat hourly rate, for the executive's as-directed day, the investor roadshow, the visiting executive's week, the conference delegation, the client golf day or arena night and the city-to-city or cross-border trip - and the same account, standard and monthly invoice in sixteen Canadian cities through the network.
The visiting executive's week
A principal from London, New York, Frankfurt or Tokyo in Toronto for three days is the multi-day booking with the same chauffeur and car: the Pearson meet at international arrivals with the plate and the name and forty-five minutes' waiting included, the hotel, the days' meetings as-directed, the dinners on King West with the car waiting, the Niagara afternoon if the schedule has one, the airport on the last morning - one confirmation, one chauffeur's name, one invoice, and a visitor's first days in Canada without a rental car or a rideshare app. The executive car service page has the standard the principal expects and the Yorkville page the hotels' porte-cochères.
The delegation, the conference and the group
A team of eight to twelve at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre's PDAC or Collision, at the Toronto Congress Centre's trade show or at an off-site in Muskoka is the group Sprinter booking: one vehicle, one chauffeur, one confirmation, the hotel-to-venue-to-dinner day at the flat hourly rate, the Sprinter's five-hour minimum, and the organiser's phone getting every plate text. A larger delegation is two Sprinters or a coach; a conference week is the multi-day booking; and the events page covers the gala night the conference ends with.
The client day, and the client night
The client golf day at Glen Abbey, the Oakville Golf Club or Angus Glen in the SUV with the clubs in the boot and the chauffeur waiting through the round; the client night at Scotiabank Arena, the Rogers Centre or BMO Field with dinner first and the car positioned before the encore; the client dinner at the Four Seasons or in Yorkville with the car outside; the Niagara wine day for the visiting board: the hire-a-driver page, the sports page and the wine-tour page have each, on the account, with the chauffeur as the responsible party for a group and the Oakville page with the clubs by name.
The standing arrangement
A CEO's or a managing partner's standing chauffeur - the daily run from the Rosedale or the Oakville door to the tower and back, the Pearson runs, the evenings, the weekend when the family needs the car - is the executive car service's arrangement on the account: the same chauffeur, the same S-Class, the executive's preferences on file, the coordinator's standing instructions, and one line on the monthly invoice. The personal chauffeur page is the household's version and the two are often the same booking.
Out of the city, and out of the country
A day of meetings in Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton, London or Ottawa with the car waiting is the city-to-city page's booking - a flat fare each way when the waiting is short, an hourly block when it is long, the desk saying which - and the day-trip pages have each city's offices and hotels; a Buffalo airport run, a Detroit supplier's week or a Bills game for the clients is the cross-border page's booking with every passenger's nationality on the confirmation and the NEXUS rules explained.
Every Canadian city, one account
The account's travellers in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax and nine more cities are booked by the Toronto desk through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network's vetted local operators on the same account - the same three-hour minimum, the same flat-rate promise, the same meet, the local operator and the chauffeur's name confirmed the day before, and the month's bookings in every city on the one invoice by cost centre. The Canada hub explains it; the network page explains the vetting; the Stampede week, the Grand Prix, the Vancouver mining Roundup and the Ottawa sitting week are the bookings the accounts make most.
The rules, for the coordinator
| Rule | What it means on the invoice |
|---|---|
| Three-hour minimum, sedan / S-Class / SUV; five, Sprinter | The block billed is the hours booked or the minimum, whichever is greater |
| Flat hourly rate by class and date | Quoted at booking; the same rate for every hour of the block, day or night |
| Overtime to the next full hour | A booking that runs past its block is billed to the next hour at the same rate |
| The clock from the traveller's door | Garage travel, where it applies, shown at booking in 30-minute blocks |
| Waiting included | No waiting charges inside an hourly block; airport waiting 30 / 45 minutes on a transfer |
| HST 13 per cent; gratuity set by the account | Both itemised; a standing gratuity percentage can be set on the account |
| Tolls and parking at cost | The 407 only when chosen; venue parking passed through and itemised |
| Cancellation per the Terms | The confirmation states the deadline; the Terms print the policy |
| One monthly invoice by cost centre | Hours, classes, chauffeurs, gratuities and taxes itemised per booking |
The car
The Mercedes S-Class for the principal and the roadshow; the Executive Sedan for the traveller's day and the airport; the Luxury SUV for the client golf day, the winter and the Muskoka off-site; the Executive Sprinter for the delegation and the client group; the fleet page has capacities and the network's operators run the same classes in every city.
Booking on the account
The desk sets up the account in a call - the company, the billing contact, the travellers, the cost centres, the standing instructions - and from then on the engine or the desk takes the bookings: (833) 931-6688, support@torontoblackcarservice.net, or the contact page. A roadshow a week ahead for the sheet; a visiting executive's week when the flights are booked; the Stampede in April.
The account and the ecosystem
A corporate account here reaches the same desk that runs the sister brands the network page lists and the travel desk's partner BookingWorldwide.net; a coordinator who books the executive's flight and hotel there and the chauffeur here has one plan, and the desk's coordinators keep the two in step when a flight moves. The account's monthly invoice can be delivered to the finance team's address and the coordinator's both, itemised by cost centre, traveller and city.

What the account is for. Not the discount - the hourly rate is the hourly rate - but the coordinator's morning: one call or one form instead of a card and a receipt per trip, one confirmation to the traveller and the coordinator, one chauffeur's name the day before, and one invoice on the first of the month that the finance team can read by cost centre without asking anyone anything.
Corporate: questions answered
What is a corporate account?
A one-time set-up - the company, the billing contact, the travellers, the cost centres, the standing instructions - after which any authorised traveller books by the engine or the desk without a card, and the month's bookings arrive on one invoice by cost centre with hours, classes, gratuities and HST itemised.
What is the most common corporate booking?
The executive's as-directed day: the S-Class or sedan from the door or the hotel at 7:30, the car on Wellington between meetings, lunch, the afternoon's meetings and the airport at 4:30 - six to ten hours at the flat hourly rate with every wait included.
Do you do investor roadshows?
Yes - a minute-by-minute sheet built with the coordinator the week before, the chauffeur briefed, the car positioned before each meeting ends, and a two-city roadshow run with the network's operator in the second city on one invoice.
How does a visiting executive's week work?
As a multi-day booking with the same chauffeur and car from the Pearson meet - forty-five minutes' waiting included - through the days' meetings and the dinners to the airport on the last morning, on one confirmation and one invoice.
Can the account be used in other Canadian cities?
Yes - sixteen cities through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network's vetted local operators, booked by the Toronto desk on the same account with the same minimums and flat rate, the chauffeur's name confirmed the day before, and every city on the one monthly invoice.
What about a delegation or a client group?
The Sprinter for eight to twelve on one confirmation from five hours - the conference's hotel-to-venue-to-dinner day, the client night at the arena with the chauffeur as the responsible party, the client golf day in the SUV with the clubs in the boot.
How is overtime and waiting billed on the account?
Overtime to the next full hour at the same rate; no waiting charges inside an hourly block; thirty or forty-five minutes' free airport waiting on a transfer; tolls and parking at cost and itemised. The Terms print the policy.
How do we set one up?
A call to the desk on (833) 931-6688 or an email to support@torontoblackcarservice.net; the account is live the same day and the first booking can be made on it that afternoon.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.
- 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
- 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
