A corporate shuttle service built around your timetable

A corporate shuttle service in Toronto is a chauffeured vehicle - usually a twelve-seat Executive Sprinter, sometimes an SUV or a sedan - that runs a set route on a set timetable for a company: hotel to conference venue every twenty minutes, office to GO station at shift change, base camp to set for a crew, head office to the plant and back. TorontoBlackCarService.net runs employee shuttles, conference shuttles and crew moves across the GTA, priced per vehicle per hour, with the schedule built by our desk from yours and the whole month on one invoice through a corporate account.

If you are searching for transportation companies near me or a transportation service near me because a conference, an office move or a site visit is coming up, this page explains how a shuttle is planned, what it costs by the hour and when a different tool is the better answer.

A corporate shuttle in Toronto is a chauffeured Sprinter or SUV running a fixed loop on a timetable - hotel to conference venue, office to station, base camp to set - priced per vehicle per hour rather than per seat. Executive Sprinters (12 seats) run from $475-$570 an hour with a five-hour minimum; engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before HST and gratuity.

What companies use a shuttle for

Conference and trade-show loops. A delegation of forty staying at two downtown hotels, a three-day show at the Convention Centre or Exhibition Place, and nobody wanting to stand in a taxi line at 5:30 pm. Two Sprinters on a loop in the morning and evening peaks, one through the day, and a sedan on call for the speaker who has to leave early.

Employee shuttles. Staff moved between two offices during a renovation, a temporary loop from a GO station to a site that transit does not reach well, a late-shift run home after the last bus, an all-hands day at an offsite venue. These recur, which is where monthly invoicing and a standing schedule earn their keep.

Crew moves. Film and television crews between hotel, base camp and location; an audit team between a client's buildings; engineers from Pearson to a plant in Brampton or Vaughan and back each day of a commissioning week. The film and production page covers the set side in detail.

Offsites and incentive days. A leadership team to a lodge, a sales team to a golf day, a client group to wine country. These are usually a single long hourly block rather than a loop, and the group Sprinter page and the day-trip board price them.

Airport groups. A delegation landing together at Pearson, met in arrivals and taken to the hotel in one or two vehicles; the same in reverse on the last day. These are flat-fare transfers, not shuttle hours, and the Pearson page explains the pickup.

Conference venues: the three loops we plan most

Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Two buildings on either side of the rail corridor: the North Building at 255 Front Street West and the South Building at 222 Bremner Boulevard, joined to Union Station by the SkyWalk, with 1,700 indoor parking spaces between them according to the Convention Centre's getting-here page. Many delegates at Financial District and King West hotels can walk, so the MTCC loop is usually about the hotels further out - Yorkville, the airport strip, Liberty Village - and about bad weather. Which building your sessions are in decides the drop door, and we plan it from the floor plan the organiser sends.

Enercare Centre at Exhibition Place. The largest of the exhibition halls on the grounds, with over a million square feet of convention space and almost 7,000 parking spaces across Exhibition Place, per Exhibition Place. It is about 4 km from Union Station - typically 10 to 15 minutes off-peak - and the Gardiner and Lake Shore can be slow at show close, which is exactly when a loop beats every delegate booking a separate ride. Big public shows and sports events at BMO Field next door change the traffic picture, and the desk checks the grounds calendar when it builds the timetable.

Toronto Congress Centre. At 650 Dixon Road near Pearson, as listed on the Toronto Congress Centre's site, about 25 km from downtown and roughly 25 to 30 minutes off-peak. This is the loop where the shuttle matters most: delegates staying downtown face a 401 or 427 commute twice a day, while delegates at the airport hotels are a short hop away. We usually run a downtown Sprinter on fixed departures and a shorter airport-hotel loop on a tighter cycle.

How a loop is sized

The arithmetic is simple and we show it to you. A Sprinter seats twelve. If the round trip between a hotel and the venue, including loading at each end, takes 25 minutes, one vehicle completes a little over two cycles an hour and moves roughly twenty-five to thirty people an hour in each direction. A delegation of sixty arriving between 8:00 and 8:45 therefore needs two Sprinters in the morning peak; through the middle of the day, when people drift back for a meeting or a nap, one is plenty; at the close, two again. Longer runs - downtown to Dixon Road - mean fewer cycles per hour, so the morning plan becomes fixed departures (7:30, 7:50, 8:10) rather than a continuous loop.

Two things wreck shuttle plans: a timetable that ignores the session schedule, and a pickup point nobody can find. We build from the programme, and every stop has a named door and a sign.

Vehicles and hourly ranges

VehicleSeatsHourly minimumPer vehicle, per hour
Executive Sedan33 h$135-$160
Business SUV (Yukon/Suburban)up to 63 h$175-$210
First Class SUV (Escalade)up to 63 h$225-$270
Mercedes E/S-Class33 h$350-$420
Executive Sprinter125 h$475-$570
Jet Sprinter75 h$650-$780

All figures are ranges, not a single price: they are engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before 13% HST and gratuity, and the exact rate for your date shows in the booker before you confirm. Overtime runs at the same rate to the next full hour. As a planning example, one Executive Sprinter for an eight-hour conference day is 8 x $475-$570, or $3,800-$4,560 before tax and gratuity; two Sprinters in the peaks plus one through the middle is priced the same way, vehicle by vehicle. Where a 407 routing saves real time on a long loop, the toll applies only if you choose that route, and it is shown at booking. The rates page explains what is in the hourly number and the fleet page shows each vehicle.

How planning works

  1. Send the schedule. Dates, the programme, the hotels, the venue, the expected headcount by time of day, and any VIPs who need their own car. A spreadsheet is fine.
  2. The desk returns a transport plan. Vehicles by hour, the loop or the fixed departures, the stop at each end with its door, and the price range for each vehicle.
  3. You adjust and approve. Fewer vehicles at lunch, a later last run, a sedan held for the keynote speaker. The plan is cheap to change on paper.
  4. Signage and a contact. Your team gets the dispatcher's number for the event; stops get a sign; chauffeurs get the timetable and the floor plan.
  5. On the day. If a session overruns, you text the desk and the loop shifts. Vehicles are released early only if the plan allows and the minimum is met.
  6. One invoice. The month's shuttles, transfers and hourly cars arrive on one invoice through the corporate account, by event or cost centre if you ask.

When a shuttle is not the right answer

Honesty saves money. A delegation that is all staying at the same Front Street hotel as the Convention Centre does not need a loop; it needs an umbrella and the SkyWalk. A daily employee shuttle carrying a hundred riders per run is a job for a motorcoach operator with large buses, not a fleet of twelve-seat Sprinters, and we will tell you so. A one-off run with three people is a single executive car booking, not a shuttle. And an event in the core on a weekday morning may be faster for staff on the subway than in any vehicle on King Street. We would rather plan the right amount of transport than sell the most hours.

Employee shuttles in Toronto: setting up a recurring run

An employee shuttle is the opposite of a conference loop: small, regular and boring in the best way. The usual cases are a temporary run between two offices while one floor is renovated, a link from a GO station or a subway terminus to a business park that the buses serve badly, a late-shift run home after the last convenient bus, and a seasonal shuttle for a warehouse or a plant with peak-season hiring. The setup is the same each time. You tell us the stops, the departure times and roughly how many riders each run carries; we choose the vehicle - an SUV for five, a Sprinter for twelve - and quote it per vehicle per hour against the minimums above. Once approved it becomes a standing booking: the same chauffeur where possible, the same stops, and one line a month on the invoice. Ridership changes are a phone call, and a run that turns out to carry two people can move down to a sedan.

What we ask of the company is simple: a named contact who can tell us about holidays, office closures and schedule changes, and a clear pickup point at each stop that riders can find in the dark in February. What we provide is a chauffeur who is on time, a desk that answers at 5 am, and winter tyres from November.

A transportation company near you, across the GTA

The Toronto desk dispatches to every part of the region: downtown, North York, Mississauga, Markham, Oakville and the rest of the areas we serve. A shuttle that starts far from where vehicles are based may show garage travel at booking, in 30-minute blocks, so the price you approve is the price you pay. For a company with offices in other cities, the Canada network books shuttles in Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver and Edmonton through the same desk on the same invoice, and the travel desk handles flights and hotels for a delegation.

Chauffeurs, licensing and insurance

Every shuttle is driven by a City of Toronto vehicle-for-hire licensed chauffeur, suited and Toronto-based, in a commercially insured vehicle. We are a member of the Limousine Association International and listed in LimousineWorldwide.Directory. A wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available on request; arrange it with the desk by phone, ideally 48 hours ahead, and it joins the loop or runs on call. Child seats are not usually a shuttle question, but they are $25 each in the booker if a family day needs them.

Booking a corporate shuttle

For a single vehicle on a simple day, book direct in the reservation engine on this page: By the hour, the vehicle, the start address, the hours, and the stops in the notes. For a loop, several vehicles or a multi-day event, call (833) 931-6688 toll-free or WhatsApp +1 647-667-7689 in Toronto, 24/7, or email support@torontoblackcarservice.net with the schedule, and the desk sends the transport plan. Book with us directly rather than through a third-party marketplace, so the plan, the chauffeurs and the invoice all come from one desk. Cancellation is measured from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%.

Plan the close, not the open. Every conference morning is staggered - people arrive over an hour. Every conference close is a cliff - three hundred people leave in ten minutes. Size the evening loop for the cliff, put the first Sprinter at the door before the closing session ends, and the shuttle earns its cost in the first half hour.

FAQ

Corporate shuttle service: questions answered

How much does a corporate shuttle cost in Toronto?

It is priced per vehicle per hour, not per seat. An Executive Sprinter is $475-$570 an hour with a five-hour minimum, a Business SUV $175-$210 and an Executive Sedan $135-$160 with a three-hour minimum - engine quotes from 8 October 2026, before HST and gratuity. The exact rate shows in the booker before you confirm.

How many people can one shuttle move per hour?

A twelve-seat Sprinter on a 25-minute round trip moves roughly twenty-five to thirty people an hour each way. Longer runs move fewer, so we size the number of vehicles from your headcount by time of day.

Can you run conference shuttles to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre?

Yes. We plan loops from hotels outside walking distance to the North Building on Front Street or the South Building on Bremner Boulevard, choosing the drop door from the floor plan the organiser sends.

Do you run shuttles to the Toronto Congress Centre near Pearson?

Yes - usually fixed departures from downtown hotels, about 25 km and 25 to 30 minutes off-peak, plus a shorter loop for delegates at the airport hotels.

Can we set up a recurring employee shuttle?

Yes. A standing weekly schedule - office to station, site to site, a late-shift run - is booked once and invoiced monthly on a corporate account. For very large daily ridership a motorcoach operator is the better tool and we will say so.

Is there a minimum booking for a shuttle?

Sprinters have a five-hour minimum and sedans and SUVs three hours. Overtime is the same rate to the next full hour.

Are you a transportation company near me if I am outside Toronto?

The desk dispatches across the GTA - Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and the rest - and books shuttles in other Canadian cities through our network on the same invoice. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking.

How do we book a shuttle for an event?

Book a single vehicle direct in the reservation engine on this page. For loops or several vehicles, call (833) 931-6688 or WhatsApp +1 647-667-7689, 24/7, or email the schedule and the desk returns a transport plan.

How hourly works

Four rules. No small print.

The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.

  • 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
  • 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
  • 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus

3-hour minimum

Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.

The clock runs from your door

Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.

Overtime rounds to the hour

Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.

Waiting is included

Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Toronto & the GTA

Seventeen areas. One hourly rate.

The clock starts at your door whether that door is on Bay Street, in Yorkville, in Oakville or in Newmarket. Pick the area for the local detail - garage time, venues, the roads that matter.
