I. General terms

You are submitting an online reservation. By submitting this reservation, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. By submitting this reservation, you indicate that you are the cardholder of the credit card provided in the reservation form, or that you have been authorized by the cardholder to execute this transaction, and that you authorize us to charge that credit card in full for the requested services, including taxes, surcharges, gratuity, and other applicable fees.

You represent that you are aware of all charges associated with your reservation and that you have either obtained a full price quotation or chosen to proceed based on the published rate online, including hourly minimums, taxes, gratuities, and miscellaneous fees. This is not a price quote request; it is a firm contract and is legally binding.

Once your reservation is processed, you will receive a trip confirmation by email. Please review all trip details and charges carefully. If changes are needed, please call (833) 931-6688 or WhatsApp +1 647-667-7689.

Until you receive a trip confirmation email, your reservation is not complete, and a vehicle will not be dispatched.

When you submit your reservation, you may be charged for the full amount unless a deposit arrangement has been approved. Remaining balances, if any, may be charged no less than 7 days before service. All rates are charged in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated in your confirmation email.

Each time a change is made, a new confirmation email may be sent and must be signed or otherwise authorized by email. If confirmation is not received by fax or email, the vehicle cannot be held and may not be released on the day of service.

II. Cancellation and changes to reservation policy

Cancellation charges are calculated from the scheduled pickup time on your trip confirmation:

A no-show - the passenger not present at the pickup address, or not reachable, within the waiting time stated on the confirmation - is charged in full. Some services such as proms, holidays, and large conventions may carry a different deadline, which will be stated on your trip confirmation and governs where it differs. A change to the date, time or vehicle class is treated as a cancellation and a new reservation for the purpose of this policy where it is made inside the 72-hour window. Cancellations and changes must be made by telephone to (833) 931-6688 or WhatsApp +1 647-667-7689, or by email to support@torontoblackcarservice.net, and are confirmed by email.

III. Hourly minimum booking requirement

Travel time between the company garage and pickup/drop-off location may be billed in 30-minute increments in addition to the stated minimums. In some cases, at the company's discretion, travel time may be waived. Prom and wedding minimums may vary; refer to your confirmation for exact details.

IV. Other policies and miscellaneous

The rate quoted on the site is the base rate and does not include charges incurred during the trip such as extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, travel/garage time, and early or late fees. Reservations extending past the reserved hours are subject to overtime charges rounded to the next full hour along with gratuity, tax, fuel, and surcharges.

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. Client is financially liable for all time spent in traffic if this causes the trip to exceed the reserved hours.

For airport pickups, when a flight number is provided, the company monitors the flight and arrives according to the scheduled arrival time. Free waiting time is 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. Excess waiting time may be billed. If no flight information is provided, the vehicle will be dispatched according to the scheduled pickup time.

By submitting a reservation online, you agree to assume full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the rental. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle and violations are subject to a minimum $500 penalty.

Vehicles pictured on the website are for advertising purposes only. Actual vehicles may differ in size, capacity, make, model, model year, and design. Passenger capacities are general maximum load capacities. The company may substitute a vehicle of similar style and adequate capacity where appropriate.

Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, construction, or road conditions, nor for missed flights, meetings, or appointments caused by such delays. Client agrees that the company's maximum liability is the full amount of reserved services as stated in the trip charges.

V. Bookings in other cities

A reservation for a city served through our partner network is performed by the vetted local operator named on your confirmation, to the minimums, waiting rules and flat-rate terms above, at the hourly rate quoted on your confirmation for that city and class; the operator's name and the chauffeur's name are confirmed the day before service, and these terms apply to the reservation as if the service were performed by the company.
