Why Toronto goes to Buffalo
Three reasons, and a car service does all of them every week. The airport: Buffalo Niagara International, two hours from downtown with the crossing, sells US-domestic flights at fares that can be a third of Pearson's, and a flat-fare chauffeured transfer at 4:30 am is how Torontonians use them. The games: the Bills at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park and the Sabres at the KeyBank Center are the closest NFL and NHL road games to Toronto, and a Sunday in the Sprinter with twelve friends is a tradition. The shopping: the Walden Galleria in Cheektowaga, the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, Target and Trader Joe's, with the duty-free arithmetic on the way home. Add Niagara Falls on the New York side, the Albright-Knox (now the Buffalo AKG), Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House and a chicken wing at the Anchor Bar, and it is a day. The cross-border page covers the documents, the customs process and every crossing; this page is Buffalo.

The drive and the bridge
The Gardiner and the QEW to Fort Erie, the Peace Bridge into Buffalo, and the I-190 to downtown or the airport: a hundred and sixty kilometres, an hour and forty to the bridge, fifteen minutes at the booth on a quiet weekday and up to ninety on a summer Sunday, and twenty minutes on the American side. The chauffeur reads the CBSA and CBP wait boards before leaving and takes the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge off the 405 when the Peace Bridge is backed up. No Ontario tolls; the Peace Bridge toll is shown at booking. Every passenger needs a passport or NEXUS card; children their own passport and, with one parent, a consent letter; the NEXUS lane only if everyone has a card.
Buffalo airport
BUF is on Genesee Street in Cheektowaga, twenty minutes from the bridge, a small terminal with short security lines and flights to Florida, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas and the rest of the US on Southwest, JetBlue, Delta, American and United. A flat-fare transfer from any Toronto or GTA address to BUF's departures curb, timed to the airline's cut-off and the bridge, is the booking; the return is tracked from the US departure airport and the chauffeur is at BUF's arrivals curb, with the Peace Bridge into Canada and the duty-free declared on the way home. The Pearson page explains the airport-transfer rules; the difference here is the bridge, which the flat fare includes.
The Bills and the Sabres
Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park is thirty minutes south of the bridge on the I-190 and the 219; a Bills Sunday is a ten-hour hourly booking - leave Toronto at 8 for a 1 pm kickoff, tailgate in the lot (the chauffeur parks in the pre-paid lot and the party brings the food; no alcohol in the vehicle), the game, and the queue out of Orchard Park, which is the reason the chauffeur has the Sprinter positioned at the lot exit the moment the fourth quarter ends. The KeyBank Center downtown for the Sabres is a six-hour evening with dinner on Chippewa or at the Anchor Bar first. The sports page has the venue-exit rules; the Sprinter for twelve is the vehicle and the Sprinter page prices it.
A chauffeured Toronto-to-Buffalo trip is 160 km down the QEW and over the Peace Bridge - about two hours with the crossing - booked as a flat-fare transfer to Buffalo Niagara International Airport for a cheaper US flight, or as a six- to ten-hour hourly day for a Bills or Sabres game, the Walden Galleria and the outlets, or Niagara Falls on the New York side. Passports for everyone; the chauffeur handles the bridge and the customs stop.
The outlets and the shopping day
The Walden Galleria in Cheektowaga ten minutes from the bridge: Apple, Nordstrom Rack, Macy's, the American chains, and Target and Trader Joe's beside it. The Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls on Military Road: Coach, Kate Spade, Nike, Polo, Michael Kors, Burberry. A shopping day is six to eight hours in the SUV with the boot filling, and the arithmetic on the way home is the CBSA duty-free allowance: after 24 hours away, CAD 200 per person; after 48 hours, CAD 800, with the alcohol and tobacco limits inside it; a day trip under 24 hours has no allowance and duty is owed on everything, which the chauffeur will remind you of at the last store. The shopping page has the Toronto version.
Niagara Falls, New York
The American Falls from Prospect Point, Goat Island and the Cave of the Winds, the Niagara Falls State Park (the oldest state park in the US), and the Rainbow Bridge back into Canada for the Canadian Falls: a day that does both sides is a cross-border booking with the crossing in the block, and the Niagara Falls page covers the Canadian side in full. Lewiston and Youngstown down the river for lunch; the Seneca Niagara casino for the evening.
Buffalo's own day
The Buffalo AKG Art Museum, reopened in 2023 and one of the best modern collections in America; Frank Lloyd Wright's Darwin Martin House and Graycliff on the lake; the Elmwood Village; Canalside and the naval park on the waterfront; the Anchor Bar and Duff's for the wings; the Pierce-Arrow Museum for the cars. Eight hours from Toronto with lunch, for the visitor who has done Niagara and wants the city; the chauffeur waits at each and knows the Martin House's timed-tour rule.
The car
The Executive Sedan or S-Class for an airport run or a business day. The Luxury SUV for the shopping day, a family, and the QEW and the I-90 in winter. The Executive Sprinter for the Bills, the Sabres, a bachelor party to the casino, or a family reunion in Rochester an hour further - twelve passports handed over at once. Every vehicle is commercially insured for US operation. The fleet page has capacities.
Pricing
A one-way to BUF or anywhere in Buffalo is a flat fare by route and class with the bridge and the return position built in; a same-day out-and-back with stops is an hourly booking with the crossing in the block. The Peace Bridge toll and any US tolls are shown at booking and paid separately; HST applies to the fare; parking at Highmark and the Galleria is charged and shown. The rates page explains the hourly number and the city-to-city page the flat-fare-versus-hourly rule. Against a rental car, the chauffeured Buffalo day removes the cross-border rental restrictions, the parking and the driver who cannot have a beer at the game.
Rochester, Erie and beyond
Rochester is an hour past Buffalo on the I-90 - the university, the Eastman Museum, a business day - and Erie, Pennsylvania ninety minutes south-west; both are one-way flat fares or long hourly days from Toronto, and the cross-border page covers New York City, Boston and Chicago as one-way drives with a relief chauffeur.

Booking Buffalo
For BUF, choose Route, the class, your address and "Buffalo Niagara International Airport", the date, the time and the flight number; the desk times the pickup to the airline's cut-off and the bridge. For a game or a shopping day, By the hour, six to ten hours, with the venue and the group size in the notes and every passenger's name and nationality so the desk can flag a document issue. Book a Bills Sunday two weeks ahead; the Sprinters go first.
Buffalo's addresses, for the drop
Buffalo Niagara International Airport, 4200 Genesee Street, Cheektowaga; Highmark Stadium, 1 Bills Drive, Orchard Park; KeyBank Center, 1 Seymour H. Knox III Plaza; the Walden Galleria, 1 Walden Galleria Drive, Cheektowaga; the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, 1900 Military Road; the Buffalo AKG Art Museum, 1285 Elmwood Avenue; the Martin House, 125 Jewett Parkway; the Anchor Bar, 1047 Main Street; Canalside on the waterfront. The chauffeur has driven to all of them and knows the pre-paid lots at Highmark, which sell out for a Bills game the week the schedule is released.
The NEXUS question, answered once
NEXUS holders cross in minutes at the Peace Bridge's dedicated lane, and the temptation for a family with three cards and one without is real; the rule is that every occupant of the vehicle must hold a card, the chauffeur will not use the lane otherwise, and a mixed car goes through the regular lane with everyone's passports. Applications take months and are worth it for anyone who crosses more than twice a year; CBSA publishes the process.
Booking, in one line
Route to BUF with the flight number, or By the hour for a game or the outlets with the group size and every passenger's nationality in the notes; two weeks' notice for a Bills Sunday, the evening before for the 4:30 am airport run.

The 4:30 am run. The single most-booked Buffalo trip is the pre-dawn transfer to BUF for a 7 am flight: the chauffeur at the door at 4:30, the QEW empty, the bridge in twelve minutes, the departures curb at 6:15, and a fare that made the flight worth it. The desk answers at 4 am because of this booking.

The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
