Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
Etobicoke, the airport's side of the city
Etobicoke is the west of Toronto between the Humber River and Mississauga, the 427 running through it from the lake to the airport: the Kingsway's and Edenbridge's houses along the Humber, Humber Bay Shores' condo towers on the lake at Park Lawn, Mimico and New Toronto along Lake Shore, Islington's village and the Six Points, Sherway Gardens at the 427 and the QEW, the Airport Corporate Centre's hotels and offices along Dixon Road and the 401, the Toronto Congress Centre and the International Centre on Airport Road and Dixon, St. Joseph's Health Centre and Etobicoke General, the Woodbine racetrack and casino at Rexdale, and Pearson itself twenty minutes from anywhere in it. A chauffeured Etobicoke booking is an airport transfer most often, a conference week at the Congress Centre, a Kingsway household's standing arrangement, a Woodbine evening, or a business day along the 427; the pillar page explains the hourly product and this page is the west.

Pearson, twenty minutes away
Every Etobicoke booking has Pearson in it somewhere: the airport is at the top of the 427, twenty minutes from Humber Bay at 5 am and forty at 8, and a Kingsway or Humber Bay household's chauffeured Pearson run is the shortest on the site. The Pearson page has the terminal, the meet-and-greet and the waiting rules; the Etobicoke difference is that the same car can do a 6 am drop and be back for a 9 am Sherway appointment. The Airport Corporate Centre's hotels - the Sheraton at Terminal 3, the Marriott, the Hilton, the Westin, the Delta on Dixon Road, the ALT - are where visiting teams stay for a Congress Centre show or a Mississauga plant visit, and the corporate account books their days.
The Kingsway, Edenbridge and the household car
The Kingsway's Tudor streets between Bloor and Dundas along the Humber, Edenbridge and Humber Valley Village north of it, the Lambton golf club and the St. George's and Islington golf clubs: Etobicoke's households are the personal chauffeur service's west-end core - the standing Saturday of Bloor West Village and Sherway, the Pearson run, the school run to Kingsway College or the Etobicoke schools, the evening downtown with the car waiting, and the Friday to the Blue Mountain chalet up the 427 and the 400. The hire-a-driver page prices the day and the desk sets up the standing booking once.
Humber Bay Shores, and the lake
The towers at Park Lawn and Lake Shore - the Humber Bay Shores condos with their lakefront park and the Humber Bay Arch Bridge - are a city of twenty thousand on the lake with one road out, and a chauffeured car that arrives at the tower's porte-cochère on time is worth more here than anywhere else in the west: the Pearson run up the 427, the downtown evening along the Gardiner, the shopping afternoon at Sherway. The towers' concierges know the desk's chauffeurs; Lake Shore's streetcar and the Park Lawn light at 5 pm are the chauffeur's problem.
Chauffeur service in Etobicoke is booked by the hour from a three-hour minimum or as a flat-fare transfer: a sedan, S-Class or SUV with a chauffeur for a Pearson run twenty minutes up the 427, a business day along the Airport Corporate Centre and the 427, a conference week at the Toronto Congress Centre, a Kingsway household's standing arrangement, a Sherway shopping afternoon or a Woodbine evening. No surge, no meter.
The Toronto Congress Centre and the International Centre
The Toronto Congress Centre on Dixon Road and the International Centre on Airport Road are the airport-side trade-show halls - the Toronto Boat Show's overflow, the National Home Show, the Canadian Pet Expo, the industrial shows, the cultural galas - and a visiting exhibitor's week is a multi-day booking between the Airport Corporate Centre hotel and the hall with the same chauffeur, and the group Sprinter moves a team of twelve between the hall and a client dinner downtown. The halls' own lots are vast and far from the doors; the chauffeured car is at the door.
Sherway Gardens
Sherway Gardens at the 427 and the QEW - Holt Renfrew's west-end store, Saks, Nordstrom until it left, the Apple store and the luxury wing - is the west's Yorkdale, and a shopping afternoon there is a four-hour block with the car at the Holt's entrance and the bags in the boot; the QEW's Sherway ramps are the trick, and December's Saturdays book a week ahead. Bloor West Village and the Kingsway's own shops are the smaller Saturday.
Woodbine, the racetrack and the casino
Woodbine Racetrack on Rexdale Boulevard - the Queen's Plate in August, the Woodbine Mile, thoroughbred racing April to December - and the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto beside it, with its hotel and its theatre, are the west's evening out: a night booking of five hours with dinner in the track's dining room and the car at the entrance when the last race is run, a Queen's Plate day in the Sprinter for a group of twelve, and the Casino Rama page's responsible-instruction service applies here too. Woodbine's calendar sets the big days.
The hospitals
St. Joseph's Health Centre on the Queensway, Etobicoke General on Humber College Boulevard, the Queensway Health Centre and Humber River's Church Street site: the medical chauffeur page is the product, an hourly block with the chauffeur waiting through the appointment and helping at the door, and the same chauffeur for a course of treatments. A west-end patient sent downtown to hospital row is the same booking with the Gardiner in the block.

An Etobicoke day, timed (book 8)
6:15 the Kingsway, the SUV, a family of four, the bags. 6:40 Pearson Terminal 1, the grandparents' 8:30 flight, the meet at the curb. 7:15 back to the Kingsway; the children to school at Kingsway College by 8:15. 9:00 Sherway, an appointment; the car at Holt's. 11:00 St. Joseph's, a follow-up; the car at the lay-by. 12:30 lunch at the Old Mill. 2:00 home. Seven hours and forty-five minutes; eight billed; Pearson, a school, a mall, a hospital and lunch on one booking and one invoice.
The car
The Executive Sedan for the Pearson run and the business day; the Mercedes S-Class for the Kingsway household and the Congress Centre's visiting executive; the Luxury SUV for the family, the Blue Mountain Friday and the winter; the Executive Sprinter for the exhibitor's team and the Queen's Plate group. Every vehicle has winter tyres from November. The fleet page has capacities.
What it costs
A flat fare for the Pearson run, or the class hourly rate times the hours, from three, plus HST and the gratuity you set; no surge, no meter, and Pearson's curb is free for a drop. The rates page explains the hourly number; the comparison page makes the case against the airport's rideshare queue.
Booking Etobicoke
Route for Pearson with the flight number; By the hour, three to eight hours, for a business day, Sherway, Woodbine or the hospitals; a call to the desk for a Congress Centre week or a household's standing arrangement. The Pearson run can be booked the evening before; the Queen's Plate and December Saturdays a week ahead.
Islington, the Six Points and Bloor West
Islington Village's murals and its Dundas Street shops, the Six Points interchange rebuilt as a neighbourhood, the Kingsway's Bloor Street shops from Royal York to Prince Edward, Bloor West Village east of the Humber, and the Humber's trails and the Old Mill's inn and restaurant on the river: the west's own Saturday, four hours in the sedan with the Old Mill's brunch in the middle; the Old Mill hosts the west's weddings too, and the wedding page has the plan for a ceremony in its chapel and a reception in its ballrooms with the stretch limousine at the drive.
Humber College and the campus routine
Humber College's North campus on Humber College Boulevard and its Lakeshore campus in New Toronto - the largest college in the country - bring families from across the region for September move-in and June convocation, as the Kingston page describes for every campus; the SUV for move-in and a Sprinter for the family at the ceremony at the North campus's arena. Humber's convocation dates are published in the spring, and a family from Brampton or Mississauga crossing to the North campus uses Highway 27 or the 427 as the cameras say, with the Woodbine lots as the overflow when the campus's own are full for the ceremony.

The 427's hours. The 427 from the QEW to the 401 is the airport's road and it moves against the city: north is slow at 4 to 6 pm when the airport's shift changes and the 401 backs onto it, south is slow at 7 to 9 am. The chauffeur uses Kipling, Islington or the Queensway when the Ontario 511 cameras say to, and the Pearson run leaves ninety minutes before a domestic flight regardless.
Etobicoke: questions answered
How long is the Pearson run from Etobicoke?
Twenty minutes from Humber Bay or the Kingsway at 5 am, forty at 8 am, up the 427. Leave ninety minutes before a domestic flight and two hours before an international one; the Pearson page has the terminal and meet-and-greet rules.

Do you do Woodbine and the casino?
Yes - a five-hour evening with dinner at the track and the car at the entrance after the last race, or a Queen's Plate day in the Sprinter for a group. The responsible-instruction service applies.

- 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
- 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

Vetted in Toronto. Vetted at the far end.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
