The same hourly chauffeur in sixteen more cities
Toronto is home. Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the rest are served on the same booking through vetted network operators - one standard, one invoice.
The venue exit is the whole trick
Getting to a Toronto game is easy. Getting home is the problem: nineteen thousand people leaving Scotiabank Arena into Bay and Front at 10 pm, forty thousand leaving Rogers Centre onto Bremner, thirty thousand leaving BMO Field into the Exhibition grounds, sixteen thousand leaving Budweiser Stage into a single lot exit on Lake Shore, with every ride-app surging, every taxi taken and Union Station a crush. A game-day chauffeur is an hourly booking whose entire value is that the car is positioned before the final whistle at a spot the chauffeur chose because it empties in five minutes rather than forty, and the ride home is billed at the same hourly rate as the ride there.
Four to six hours covers dinner, the game and the ride home for a sedan or SUV; the Executive Sprinter, from five hours, takes a group of up to twelve to the game in one vehicle and, more importantly, home in one vehicle. The evening page is the theatre-and-dinner version; this page is the venues.

The venues, and where the car waits
Scotiabank Arena (40 Bay Street). Leafs, Raptors, the big concerts. Drop-off on Bay at the Galleria entrance or at the Lakeshore side for suites. After: the Bay Street side south of Front, east side, in the lane the taxis do not use, or - the chauffeur's preference - Lake Shore at Yonge, a four-minute walk that saves twenty in the car. The chauffeur texts the spot at the start of the third period. Suite guests are met at the Lakeshore Boulevard entrance.
Rogers Centre (1 Blue Jays Way). Blue Jays, stadium concerts. Drop on Bremner or Blue Jays Way by gate. After: Bremner is blocked; Front Street west of Spadina or Lake Shore at Rees is where the car waits, and the chauffeur is there by the seventh-inning stretch on a blowout. For a concert, the encore is the signal.
BMO Field (170 Princes' Boulevard). TFC, the Argonauts, and the FIFA World Cup 2026 matches. Drop at the Princes' Gate or Lake Shore. After: Lake Shore westbound at Strachan is a wall; the car waits on Strachan north of the Gardiner or at the Dufferin gate, and the walk beats the queue. The events page has the 2026 World Cup logistics.
Budweiser Stage (909 Lake Shore West). Summer concerts. Drop at the Ontario Place entrance. After: the single lot exit onto Lake Shore takes an hour; the car waits on the north side of Lake Shore at Remembrance Drive with the chauffeur walking down to meet you if asked.
Coca-Cola Coliseum at the Ex for the Marlies and mid-size concerts; History on the Danforth and the Danforth Music Hall with the car on a side street off Danforth; Massey Hall on Shuter; Roy Thomson Hall on Simcoe; Meridian Hall on Front at Yonge; the Great Canadian Casino Resort theatre at Woodbine, where the lot is the answer; Woodbine Racetrack itself for the Queen's Plate; Casino Rama for a concert with a day-trip block.
Game-day itineraries
Leafs night for two. Yorkville pickup at 5:30, dinner at 6 on King West, the arena at 7:15, the car on Lake Shore at Yonge by the third period, home to Forest Hill at 10:45. Five hours, sedan or S-Class. Raptors with clients. The office at 5, dinner at Real Sports or the Rec Room, the suite entrance at 7:20, clients dropped to their hotels and the host home at 11. Six hours, SUV, on account. Blue Jays Sunday with the family. Leaside at 11:30, the gate at 12:15, the car on Front at Spadina by the eighth, home at 4:30. Five hours, SUV, child seats fitted. TFC with the supporters' group. Twelve people from a Liberty Village pub to the Princes' Gate at 6:30 and back to the pub at 10, in one Sprinter; the group Sprinter page prices it per vehicle. Budweiser Stage in August. Dinner at the harbourfront at 6, the gate at 7:30, the car on Lake Shore at Remembrance by the encore, home to Etobicoke at 11:30. Six hours.
A sports and concert chauffeur in Toronto is an hourly booking - four to six hours for a sedan or SUV, five-plus for a Sprinter group - that drops you at the door of Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, BMO Field or Budweiser Stage, waits at a pre-chosen spot that empties fast, and takes you home after the final whistle or the encore at the same flat rate, with no surge.
The right car for game day
The Executive Sedan for two or three. The Mercedes S-Class for clients in a suite. The Luxury SUV for four to six - the family, two couples - with room for the jerseys and the merch. The Executive Sprinter for seven to twelve: the supporters' group, the office outing, the bachelor party, the birthday - one vehicle, everyone together, one pickup after, and the cheapest way per seat to move a group to a venue; five-hour minimum. The stretch limousine for the night that is meant to be seen arriving, on the Bay Street side where the cameras are. The fleet page has capacities.
Tailgating, drinking and the law
BMO Field and the Ex allow tailgating in designated lots on some match days; the car can be part of it as long as nobody drinks in it - Ontario's liquor laws treat a sedan, SUV or Sprinter as a motor vehicle, and our terms follow. The chauffeur's job on a game night is exactly what the Ontario impaired-driving rules exist for: nobody in the party drives, and the car is outside when the night ends. For a stretch limousine with a licensed bar console, the limo service page explains what is permitted.
Playoff nights, concerts of the year and booking early
A Leafs or Raptors playoff game, a stadium concert at Rogers Centre, the Grey Cup when it is here, the World Cup: every black car in the city is booked and the hourly rate carries a peak-date layer that the engine shows honestly. Book the week the schedule is announced. A regular-season weeknight sedan can often be booked the same day. The rates page explains the peak-date layer.
Corporate suites and client hospitality
The company's suite at Scotiabank Arena or Rogers Centre is a client-hospitality night, and the transport is part of the hospitality: clients collected from the office or the hotel, dropped at the suite entrance, and taken home separately at the end - the chauffeur dropping three clients at three hotels and the host in Oakville on the same block. On account, one line on the invoice, with the hourly rate on file; the corporate accounts page explains and the events page covers the hospitality side.
Games out of town
A Bills game at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park or a Sabres game in Buffalo is a cross-border day with the customs notes; a Lions or Red Wings game in Detroit is an overnight; a Senators game in Ottawa or a Canadiens game in Montreal is a one-way or overnight booking; the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at Tim Hortons Field is an Hamilton area evening an hour away. The day-trip board gives the drive for each.
Booking game day
Choose By the hour, the class, the pickup address and time, and four to six hours (five or more for a Sprinter). Put the venue, the section or suite, the dinner reservation if there is one and the number of passengers in the notes; the dispatcher plans the drop-off gate and the pickup spot and assigns a chauffeur who has done that venue on that kind of night. The plate and the pickup spot are texted before the start and again in the third period or at the encore.
Where the car waits, in a table
| Venue | Drop-off | Pickup after |
|---|---|---|
| Scotiabank Arena | Bay Street, Galleria entrance; Lakeshore for suites | Lake Shore at Yonge, or Bay south of Front, east side |
| Rogers Centre | Bremner or Blue Jays Way by gate | Front west of Spadina, or Lake Shore at Rees |
| BMO Field | Princes' Gate or Lake Shore | Strachan north of the Gardiner, or the Dufferin gate |
| Budweiser Stage | Ontario Place entrance | Lake Shore north side at Remembrance Drive |
| Coca-Cola Coliseum | Manitoba Drive | Strachan or Dufferin, north of the grounds |
| History | Danforth Avenue | A side street north of Danforth |
| Massey Hall | Shuter Street | Shuter at Victoria |
| Great Canadian Casino Resort | The theatre entrance | The valet lot |
Concert nights, and the encore rule
For a concert the pickup signal is the first song of the encore, not the last: by the time the house lights come up, the chauffeur has moved the car from the holding spot to the agreed corner and texted. Stadium shows at Rogers Centre empty onto Bremner in a wave that takes forty minutes to clear; the car on Front west of Spadina is a six-minute walk that saves the forty. Scotiabank Arena concerts let out to Bay and to Lake Shore, and the chauffeur chooses by which gate your section uses. For History and the Danforth Music Hall the side streets north of Danforth are quiet within ten minutes. Budweiser Stage is the one where the walk to Lake Shore is worth it every single time.
The Toronto sports calendar, for booking ahead
Leafs and Raptors from October to April with playoffs into June; Blue Jays from late March to September with a home stand every second week; TFC and the Argonauts from spring to autumn at BMO Field; the Marlies at the Coliseum; the Toronto Sceptres at the Coliseum and Mattamy; the Queen's Plate at Woodbine in August; the Honda Indy at the Ex in July; the Rogers Cup tennis at Sobeys Stadium in York in August; the Toronto Marathon and the Waterfront Marathon closing the Gardiner and Lake Shore on their Sundays. The City of Toronto's special-events calendar and each team's schedule are where the dates come from, and the desk watches them for the road closures that change the pickup spot.

The third-period text. On every game-night booking the chauffeur texts at the start of the third period (or the seventh inning, or the encore's first song) with the exact pickup spot - "Lake Shore at Yonge, north side, silver plate" - so that when the horn goes, the walk is known and the car is already there. It is a small thing. It is the thing.
Sports & concert chauffeur: questions answered
Where will the chauffeur be when the game ends?
At a pre-chosen spot that empties fast - Lake Shore at Yonge for Scotiabank Arena, Front west of Spadina for Rogers Centre, Strachan north of the Gardiner for BMO Field - texted to you in the third period or at the encore. Never in the crush at the door.
How many hours should I book for a game?
Five is typical: dinner before, the game, the ride home. Four covers the game alone with the drive each way; six covers a concert with an encore and a drink after. Three is the minimum for a sedan or SUV; five for a Sprinter.
Is the ride home after the game surge-priced?
No. The hourly rate is the same before and after, and overtime rounds to the next hour at that rate. The car waits through overtime, extra innings and the encore.
Can a group of twelve go in one vehicle?
Yes - the Executive Sprinter takes up to twelve, books from five hours, and is the cheapest way per seat to move a group to a venue and, more importantly, home in one vehicle.
Can we drink in the car on the way to the game?
Not in a sedan, SUV or Sprinter - Ontario's liquor laws treat them as motor vehicles. The stretch limousine's licensed bar console is the exception. The chauffeur is the reason nobody in the party needs to drive.
Do you cover BMO Field for the 2026 World Cup?
Yes. Match-day logistics at BMO Field - the Princes' Gate drop, the Strachan pickup, the road closures - are on the events page. Book the week the fixtures are confirmed; every car in the city will be reserved.
Can clients be dropped at different hotels after the game?
Yes. The chauffeur drops three clients at three hotels and the host at home on the same block; the clock runs to the last drop-off. On a corporate account it is one line on the invoice.
Can you take us to a Bills game in Buffalo?
Yes, as a cross-border day trip with the customs notes on the Buffalo page. Detroit is an overnight; Ottawa and Montreal are one-way or overnight bookings.
Four rules. No small print.
The hourly minimums are the ones printed in our terms; the rate for each class is quoted live by the reservation engine for your date. The rates page explains what moves it.
- 3hExecutive Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV
- 3hStretch Limousine, Economy Van
- 5hExecutive Sprinter, Stretch SUV, Coach, Limo/Party Bus
3-hour minimum
Sedans and SUVs book from three hours; Sprinters and coaches from five. After the minimum, time is billed by the hour.
The clock runs from your door
Hourly time starts at the pickup address, not at our garage. Garage travel, where it applies, is shown at booking in 30-minute blocks - never a surprise on the invoice.
Overtime rounds to the hour
Run past the reserved block and the extra time is billed to the next full hour at the same rate, with tax and gratuity as on the original booking.
Waiting is included
Hourly means the car waits. The meeting that runs long, the dinner that runs late, the second stop you did not plan - the chauffeur is outside, the clock simply continues.

LimousineWorldwide.Directory
Our listing in the worldwide directory is how a Toronto client who keeps a chauffeur by the hour here can do the same in Vancouver, London or Dubai through a vetted operator. Every Canadian city and every country on this site is served through that network.

LimousineAssociation.International
Membership commits us to the association's standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct - the things a passenger cannot check from the back seat during a ten-hour day.

HotelsWorldwide.Directory
Our membership of the hotels directory links the car to the bed: concierges and hotel teams across the directory find a vetted Toronto chauffeur in one place, and our clients find the hotel at the far end of the drive - Yorkville, the airport strip, Niagara-on-the-Lake or Muskoka.

VacationsWorldwide.Directory
Membership of the vacations directory puts our day trips - Niagara, the wineries, Muskoka, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County - in front of travellers planning the whole holiday, with the tours, resorts and activities around them listed alongside.
